    That biker who got yelled at by the copper was being yelled at for the bit they cut out at the start of the video, where they overtook a vehicle that had slowed and moved in to let the copper pass while he was running on blues. Biker was oblivious to what was going on and got yelled at for not looking before overtaking, which is well deserved. You can see the clip starts with the biker running down the centre line and moving back in right before you hear the siren and the officer references the vehicle they overtook. Don't know why they thought cutting the clip would make it look like they did nothing wrong, all it does is prove they knew that what they did was wrong to begin with and they'd get slammed for their poor riding if they showed it

    Police officers need to operate at a higher level - jumping out of your car to have a screaming match suggests to me that this guy isn't fit for the job. Plus the fact the fucker is supposed to be responding to an emergency - I have to wonder how urgent it really was!?

    Could it be that a biker wearing a crash helmet riding a loud bike with no mirrors may not have been aware there was a police car behind them....? My biggest issue is that the police officer felt the need to pull over during an emergency just to scream at someone who made a mistake.

    Looks as though the road has solid whites on it anyway so the biker actually done the correct thing by pulling in where he did. The car that pulled over would have done the incorrect thing. That said, I wouldn't have pulled around the car myself. Cop was a dick either way.

    @mxxxxxm

    @@sweetcheeks287 it's not illegal but it can be very dangerous and could be considered reckless. 100% understand what you are saying though and the issue I think is caused by drivers failing to use motorways correctly. If everyone used the left lane as standard it wouldn't be the case. Many people hog the middle or outside lanes and we end up in the ridiculous situation where the left lane is completely clear. But traffic is backed up to the right.

    #7 what's going on? Isn't it obvious? Police on a blue light run can't get past the biker. Then he decides it's important to let the biker know so the next time he is in front of an emergency vehicle on blues and twos he won't hold it up unnecessarily. The biker doesn't need mirrors but he does need to be aware of what's around, including approaching emergency vehicles

    from the camera's view - they are as far to the left as they can, thus giving him as much space as they can. If his run was that important he would not have had time to stop. So no, it's not obvious. Especially since the oncoming traffic moved at normal pace as well. In the second, the driver clearly did not want to undertake the van. It's never a brake check in a million years. They keep pace. It's shocking how many drivers nowadays intentionally use their vehicle as a weapon. Tailgating is the single biggest cause of collisions and expensive insurance claims. In my four decades of safe 'accident-free' driving, I've been rear-ended three times in the last five years, costing those drivers a total exceeding £25,000 in insurance payouts, for replacing my vehicles, my time off work and my medical expenses. Gotta ask yourself: Can you really afford to tail-gate someone? This is my opinion, I could be wrong, however my dual-dashcam footage and bank balance suggests different. 😉

However it's also illegal to cross the second line if the light is red even if you've already crossed the first, in which case you are SUPPOSED to stop in the bike box (which is just so unneccessarily confusing) so police could argue they just didn't stop in time. #2 (0:51) The guy wasn't overtaking so he pulled into the left lane. You're not supposed to undertake so he slowed down to stay behind the van. Cammer should have anticipated that he was going to brake, it was completely obvious to 99% of the people viewing this that is what was going to happen. I'm not saying the braking car is going to win any driving awards, far from it. But it was fairly obvious what he was going to do, or at least it should have been anticipated. Happens all the time when you hope to overtake some slower moving traffic but you realise the traffic is too heavy, and your exit is approaching so you resign yourself to lane 1 and therefore make your way into that lane. Undertaking there is neither necessary nor safe, so makes good sense to stay behind the van and brake a little to stay in their line of sight from their mirror.

    #2 Audi was braking so as not to undertake the van! Suggest you get yourself down to specsavers if you couldn't see no reason.
