It's a young learner and the brakes are most likely linked on a twist and go. Speed bumps are dangerous on two wheels and the car in front braked so they pulled the lever too hard coming off the speed bump which tucked the front when the bike landed front wheel already locked in the air. Simple mistake and hopefully no longer indestructible and a bit more careful and safe.

6:22 The reason we have motorway Slip Roads, is for people to accelerate to Motorway speed BEFORE merging onto Motorway. The problem is that too many people poodle along a Slip Road at 40-50mph, blocking people behind from accelerating to Motorway speed. This causes an "unsafe merge" for everybody. So, although the van driver was partially at fault, the main problen was the people in front of him.

In the nick of time I looked back and he had stopped. I managed to stop but that was a lesson, let the car in front make his move and keep watching him until he's out of the way because that's where the danger is.
