    I'm working from home and I'm feeling a burning sensation when I sit for about 2 minutes. It's not pain but burning that last for hours. I'm not able to sit even for a few minutes. Not sure what it is. Can you help sir?

    Muze sirf khade hone ke baad after 5 minute mey buttocks mey left side mey pain ata hai. Aur bahot jada hai. Aur toe sunn ho jata gay. Sitting position may jata hai. To mera kya problem hoga.

    Sir i am suffering from this pain for the last 5 yrs and it has worsened over these years. I am a bank employee so have to sit continuosly. I am having back pain while bending forward, pain in hip and buttocks area radiating down both the legs in hamstrings and calf area. Also since last year my pain s also radiatng to groin and front inner thighs. I dint had that pain during initial stage.have done mri and am having coccydynia..i want to know will this exercise reduce my pain? Is there any other exercise to do ? I just want to get rid of this pain sir.not able to focus on my work due to this..Please reply sir.
