    hello bobandbrad and mike! I'm 69 yr old female, and I've watched your shows for over a year, started dieting by myself over 3 yrs ago, went from 201 lbs to current weight is 150! a year ago in june 2022 I began hiking. it has helped tremendously! the last good hike I took was 8/30/23 and a day later my lower back and left thigh, calf and foot began hurting, then periods of numbness, etc. after dr's meds didn't help over 3 days I went to the E.R. they scanned me and found I have lumbar spinal stenosis. yrs of Degenerative Disc Disease, 6 yrs with ankylosing spondylitis, and this laid me up for nearly 6 wks. thank goodness my sons' wedding was done! I use an electric body massage mat nearly most mornings still to help keep things at bay but I was wondering if dr doesn't suggest PT, what are my options here at home? thanks so much for your videos...

    We would definitely suggest you do some PT on your own if the doctor doesn't refer you. You could also ask for a referral. Here are a couple of videos you can try at home for the time being and see if they help: kzread.info/dash/bejne/iXd-laySeLzXlLQ.htmlsi=J44qSYYSpb-z7dLz kzread.info/dash/bejne/aYieuraGm7TLp6g.htmlsi=KpKWOh11QsjngH7W kzread.info/dash/bejne/aGGsr7CbfreYkdY.htmlsi=lWH6-fuNuCdc2h-A

    With congenital shallow hip sockets and now with age arthritic changes, I am dealing with a painful right hip. I am currently doing PT and taking supplements for pain and to support my joints. I find your videos very helpful in adding to my daily routine. I just purchased your mini massage gun to help loosen muscles that tend to tighten up around that hip. It feels great, and I am hoping over time to reduce the occurrences of my "bad" days.

    I get joint pain right in the front if I get up possibly wrong from sitting sometimes. It is like the ball and socket get pinched and it's a killer to stand up straight. Best thing is lay on the side of the bed and stretch that leg out straight with heel on the floor. Five seconds and I can sit up and walk perfectly fine.

    Space weather is a primary trigger for inflammation and pain, especially the hips. Adhesive aracanoiditis is especially triggered by space weather, even morphine wont mitigate; i created a shielding room that shields space weather and the worst pain known from my AA is gone in 30 seconds to 5 minutes max. Been using for almost ten years and subsequently found that it works for my wifes seizure, migraines and Fibromyalgia. Recently a few family members using for long covid and it works very well, no suprise after Havard big study last year showed that solar flares activate endothelial and inflammation ( S1 spike protein damages endothelial)

  • @SacredOwl

    @SacredOwl

    I should also add that, as predicted by my adheasive aracanoiditis doctor as a possibility, my adhesive aracanoiditis caused ealry onset dementia. After sleeping in a shielding room after about 4 weeks my ealry onset demintia completely disappeared We did the same for an elderly family member and not only did it reverse his really bad demintia episodes, after several months his dementia was completely gone. Not saying it will work for others, just telling you my experience.

    Did you somehow line the room to simulate a Faraday cage? I am a chronic pain suffer. I know it’s bad, but I do have the houses WiFi only a meter away from my head. I’m the outside of the wall where the WiFi is, is the meter box. This 3 phase digital meter uses mobile signal for remote meter reading. It is of course in a metal switchboard which is earthed to the earth stake and the system MEN Multiple Earthed Neutral distribution system. However, the antenna is external to the switchboard. Wish I could measure any EMFs. I’m thinking about relocating the WiFi about 10m away. My chronic pain is mainly lower back and have had it for 11 years due to a severe accident (fall 8.5m from height in 2012). Had 37 operations in multiple hospitals.

    The natural magnetosphere is currently undergoing high rates of change and is very weakened. This allows not only solar radiation to be worse but the circulating currents from the atmosphere and through the earth must be having an influence on our bodies.

    Im glad that is working for you, however, all the photos of sun flars are fake just like all most all of NASAs photos. They are the bigest thieves and liars of all time. Founded by NAZIS. Your success is probably psychosomatic. Diet and lack of activity are the main culprits of inflammation. Possibly polution and chemical exposure as well.

    Yeah, I can’t do the “figure four” without insane pain. Hip is also crackling and popping when I walk. Almost feels like my pelvis/hip combo doesn’t work fluidly anymore. Left side moves very differently than the right when I walk forward. So frustrating. Had an mri that showed nothing. Now doctor recommended a hip x-ray, but what can that really show? All physical therapists seem to swear weak muscles are the cause of pain and that structurally, there is no real problem. The pain is a searing burning pain that also connects with the SI joint and shoots all the way up my back, neck, and shoulders and makes me weak. Truly, horrendous pain I endure everyday. And only 43. Not overweight either.

    @@retrobilly1719 Sounds terrible. I hope things work out for the best. I had my right shoulder done in January. Over used for years at the job. Much better than before. I hope this surgery goes well. Always a risk. Great surgeon. Take care and feel better. 😌

    Michael Jordan played five seasons without Scottie Pippen 84-85 38-44..First round exit 85-86. 30-52..First round exit 86-87. 40-42...First round exit 01-02. 37-45..out of playoffs 02-03. 37-45..out of playoffs LeBron james carried an absolutely horrific 2007 Cleveland Cavaliers team to the nba finals In the modern NBA era (post 1960) only nine NBA top 75 players have won a championship without another top 75 player as a teammate Rick Barry (1975) Bill Walton (1977) Hakeem Olajuwon (1994) Tim Duncan (2005) (2007) Kobe Bryant (2009) (2010) Steph Curry (2015) (2022) LeBron james (2016) Kawhi Leonard (2019) Giannis Antetokounmpo (2021) As you can see, LeBron James is on the list and Michael Jordan isnt Lebron james has won 17 playoff series, without an nba top 75 teammate. Michael Jordan won ZERO LeBron james has won 10 conference championships Michael Jordan won 6......Only Bill Russell and Sam Jones have more conference championships (In a mostly nine team league) than LeBron James In the year before Michael Jordan and LeBron James joined their team and the year after they left their team, their records were 83-84 bulls 27-55 84-85 bulls. 38-44 92-93 bulls 57-25 93-94 bulls 55-27 98-99 bulls 13-37 without Scottie Pippen 00-01 wizards 19-63 01-02 wizards. 37-45 02-03 wizards 37-45 03-04 wizards 25-57 02-03 cavaliers 17-65 03-04 cavaliers 35-47 09-10 cavaliers 61-21 10-11 cavaliers 19-63 09-10 heat. 47-35 10-11 heat 58-24 14-15 heat 37-45 2013-14 cavaliers 33-49 2014-15 cavaliers 53-29 2017- 18 cavaliers 50-32 2018-19 cavaliers 19-63 2017-18 lakers. 35-47 2018-19 lakers were 20-14 when LeBron James got injured on Christmas day. As you can see When LeBron James joins a team, the team improves more than Michael Jordan and when LeBron James leaves a team, the team always goes into the tank. Michael Jordan, excluding the 94-97 seasons, when the NBA moved the three point line to 22 feet, was a career 28% three point shooter. LeBron James is a career 34% three point shooter Michael Jordan was a great defensive player, in an Era where you could handcheck. Playing defense is much easier when you can handcheck. For nearly 6'9 250 LeBron James' entire career he wasn't afforded the opportunity to handcheck. THE EVIDENCE IS CLEAR..LEBRON JAMES IS THE GOAT!!!!! I have added a Postscript So many have replied, that LeBron james didn't make the playoffs his first two years and Jordan did. What they fail to say is, in 1985, 16 of 23 teams made the playoffs. In 2004, 16 of 29 teams made the playoffs. It was MUCH EASIER Making the playoffs in 1985. Perfect example is the 1985 86 bulls went 30-52 and made the playoffs and the 2004 05 cavaliers went 42-40 and did not make the playoffs. Also, I don't know, possibly, maybe, Jordan had a HUGE ADVANTAGE considering he played three years of college basketball and LeBron James was 19 years old, and straight out of high school

    Lechina james is playing in a softer league. He would not even be able to handle how defenses played in the 90s and earlier
