@@dudewecanfixit did last Tuesday, right on time for my emissions test 😂 OC it passed 💪🏼 i bought this part OEM 7 yrs ago and never used it, bc it was a bad diagnostic, it was something else that trigger check engine. until finally have to use it.

I may have to take that tire off and see if I can reach it without taking that other stuff off. I drove it up on my ramp and could see it, but didn't think about the extension. When I get the part in, it's getting done one way or another. Inspection time...

You should be able to access it from the wheel well with the tire off

Can you relocate the valve in a more accessible spot or does it need to be exactly there?

You can relocate it, but make sure it has some play because the engine shifts while driving around

Does that cause egr valve 401 code 98 camry

Yes, the p0401 code is for the entire EGR system and the VSV is apart of the EGR system so it can be what is causing the code, but it is not the only part in the system that can go bad so it can be something like carbon build up in your system or something. Most of the time it is the VSV that is the problem tho.

@@katherinesolorio2366 I removed the Fuel Injectors and thought they were faulty, it turns out iut was 1 of the ignition coil, which I simply replaced and problem solved
