A very easy way to keep a 12 hour gap between dinner and next day breakfast is to eat dinner at 8:30pm and next day breakfast at 8:30 am. I m practising this, its very easy

@@staycalmandkeepworkingIt doesn't as long as you're hydrated enough. I made a mistake on having a 36 hrs fast without being hydrated enough so after I fast, I gained so much acid. But I again tried it again one more time but this time I drank too much water and my body didn't produce acid.

Amazingly true and straight to the point, I do all these things and they’ve really helped my gut, I had years of guy issues but in the last 2 years where I’ve done this, along with other things, my gut is better now and works strong. Fasting helps the most I find, 12 hours or been more is excellent and restorative , frees up energy and adds extra energy Gaps between meals is key too intuitively we know this is true Variety is great too, a range of colourful veg and certain fruit helps the biome, even something line the salad box that comes with your local takeaway eat all of that it really helps, I find olive oil, pomegranate and avacado particularly great for the gut as well as pineapple and watermelon and just a handful of berries Sardines are good for gut too I found; and some hazlenuts, pecans, Macademia nuts A glass of warmed goat milk is good Some tea first thing in morning

There are certain aspects fo the conversation that is definitely worth pondering like the whole Bigpharma and how we all have somehow managed to be slaves of medicines irrespective of age, gender, social status. Bigpharma has definitely manipulated and played around alot in this world,be it with cancer or few other diseases and so far I have not seen any doctor counter that claim sensibly,it just looks like all the doctors want to gatekeep their industry. P.s : I hope some doctor explains why the cholestrol borderline has been changed instead of just focusing on the spirituality part
