Yea, that breed really does have that kind of smarts.

Our dog Ghost does this but specifically with flail weapons 😂 she has ropes, rubber chains, and a pool noodle. She won't rip them up or chew, and stops out other dog from doing so too because she wants to swing them around at shes actually got pretty good at it. She does infinity flourishes and knows that it wraps stuff up and can bind them.

You can queue a dog with slight shifts in your eyes, I have an Eskimo Toy (they are one of the top breeds for teaching tricks), I can get her to do a couple different things just by slightly shifting how my eyes are. I've used this to crack people up. But you might be dead right, it might be the dog's timing.

Now, Sif guards their fallen comrade's grave and his ring, to ensure that what happened to Artorias, doesn't happen to anyone else.

My thoughts exactly. You know, 100 years ago most dogs (and cats) were "working" animals. For protecting livestock, herding, watchdogs or in the case of cats, mousing. 100 years is a long time (maybe 30 or 40 dog generations) and I think humans have been subconsciously breeding dogs to be more "humanlike" in their intelligence -- this video plainly illustrates how appealing we find humanlike behavior in animals, not just the video but the number of likes. I also follow the people who post their pets using word buttons and what some animals have said amazes me -- could it be that this language ability is fairly recent occurrence in dog and cat evolution? People like, as much as sword-fighting skill, animals who understand human language or even can say a few words. But maybe lots of dogs and cats are able, if given the proper tools, say much more. Years ago, I heard again and again that dogs can not even see television, much less understand a movie. But I saw a dog getting sad while watching The Lion King and frightened while watching the sled dog scene in The Thing.

That is freakin' amazing! Dogs are more human than people.

It would be so cool to see Ser Pinto of Bean, fighting side by side with Ser Brienne of Tarth!!! What a team to behold!
