Hi Ami! Thanks for your lovely feedback, so happy you enjoy the content!
Incredible timing that you came along exactly at time I switched to all oat flour! Your recipes have been wonderful-I feel like I’ve “come home”! This one is especially terrific cause I’m allergic to eggs AND love blueberries! We don’t have fresh where I am so I’m going to try with all fruit spread!?! And special thank you for always posting the recipe (not all on KZread do-sure hope they learn from you!) Wishing you blessings for all good things from here in Jerusalem! Deep gratitude, 🙏🌿🌷🌿🖖

We finally had some fresh blueberries here, and so it was time for some cobbler Sasha-style. Excellent, as always. So easy to prepare and bake while getting the rest of the dinner ready. I used the jumbo berries, since they were on special this week, but I think next time I'll stick with the smaller size to enhance the blueberry flavor. Whatever kind you use, this is another can't-miss recipe from our 5-star KZread creator. Thank you, Sasha, for another winner! 🥰⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

@catalhuyuk7

Applesauce is a binding agent. It adds a bit of sweetness and tart flavour. Mashed bananas might work. This is a gluten free recipe but there’s no reason you couldn’t use AP flour - of course this is only my opinion. I veganize recipes so am always substituting. Good luck. ♥️🇨🇦
Hi I couldn’t find the unsweetened applesauce:( may I know why you used it in the recipe??
This is a good idea for a healthy dessert. Just omit the ice cream if you want to keep it healthy. LOL
