    Sweetening with honey oe maple syrup is better than processed sugars. It's the form of the sugar that helps to determine its healthfulness. The more complex it is, the better it is.

    This is utter BS. They only difference is in the trace minerals found in honey vs sugar, but they are just a trace amount.

    That's absolutely not true. Sugar is sugar, all of it has similar effects on the body. None of it is even remotely "healthy" Delicious yes. I'm not anti sugar (in moderation) but we call it what it is. It's sugar, all of it. These recipes would have exactly the same impact on the body using honey, maple syrup, agave, brown sugar or white sugar. It's just marketing.

    @@harveythepooka Not true honey can be used for colds and flu lol processed sugar cannot. Those minerals and antioxidants and chemical structure of honey makes a huge difference in comparison to other sugars. Honey is a better alternative to processed sugar is a true statement but that doesn’t mean the OP is sayings it’s the best alternative for every person. Discernment.

    @@theinvisiblewoman5709that flus and colds is mostly topical use of it like manuka honey and even then the evidence for it is weak. regular store bought honey is basically sugar water and is processed as such. Also the amounts of antioxidants and minerals in honey is abysmal

    I’ve tired it with other fruits and it works great! I personally love mango but I’ve made it with strawberries too and it is really good!!! 4:25 might be a recipe you may like!

    I'm pretty sure they meant the video length is 6 minutes, not that they can be prepared in 6 minutes.

    1. Tried the lime one, not even close to 6 minutes lol 2. Did exactly same ratio, good really sticky mass, no idea how you got it so liquidly 3. 120ml juice from 2 limes, how? I probably got like 30ml max

    "6 minutes" refers to the video length, not how long the recipes take to make. And it's accurate; after removing the intro and outro, the video content is about 5:58 long!

    Those ingredients are not readily available where I live. I did like the ideas of freezing things. I have never tried freezing anything before except ice. I am not the type who can go overboard to "cook anything". Mango idea was good. For some reason I have lost taste for oats. Every item on your list is quite expensive to be honest.

    Not particularly healthy. Notice the amount of sugar in the nutirion info for these, remembering that 4 grams of sugar = 1 teaspoon, and 3 teaspoons of anything = 1 tablespoon.

    Agree 100 percent, the idea of "healthy" is so misunderstood, these have healthy natural ingredients for the most part, but they are still very high in calories, if you are trying to lose weight, these will not help at all

There are a lot of things to consider when thinking about nutrition and health, calories, ingredients, protein, allergens, blinding labeling something "healthy" can be a little misleading
