Mix the condensed milk with juice of one lemon for about 10 min and than with cream. It will make a big difference!

For me the big difference would be that I would add many more strawberries in the preparation and in decoration. This recipe for me who is generous is much too minimalist two half of strawberry in decoration? it is stinginess.

This looks good. After it chills you can also put strawberry jello over it. Instead of 2 cups water on the jello just use one. Then let it chill about 20 minutes then pour it over the desert and chill again about an hour. I’m going to try this. Looks great. Love the music❤️

I love these recipes and the pace is great because I’m retired and have the time to watch all the steps. It’s relaxing. Thank you for taking the time to share this video! I'm a huge fan of ice cream so I will definitely be making this. I find it versatile, in that, one could swap the fruits (raspberries, blueberries, mango, etc.) for a different flavor. I'll use the scoop for my spoon!

In the USA it's heavy whipping cream just short of 1 cup as 1 cup is 240 mL. It's not condensed as the video showed it's 33% cream!The presenter went through slicing all the fruit just to puree it. She could've properly cleaned a Strawberry & shown proper slicing & just put all the fruit in the food processor without spending the time to cut it all up.

My diet will not allow for condensed milk, but I think whipped cream with berries blended in would make for a nice ice cream replacement. While I won't make this particular recipe, I want to thank you for giving me a good idea.
