If used on end, i.e. trimming by dragging it along skin with the points facing toward your skin, it will serrate one’s skin like death by a thousand cuts with a samurai sword. Of course this is virtually the only position it can go in when attempting self trim to the nether regions. Now my perineum and bunghole area are gently healing. Should your intended use include only trimming with the flat, cold, platen steel gliding smoothly along skin, never fear this is a good choice for trimming hair to whatever desired length you choose with the assorted guide and tools fashioned for trimmer’s delight. My summary of the Two Day Rule (2DR): (rule starts @04:00) • Why important? Life expectancy extends on avg. by 3,4 yrs, if you do sports regularly • The 2DR: "I don't allow myself to skip my fitness habit for more than 1 day in a row." • Alternative: "I can allow myself multiple days off per week, if necessary, but never 2+ in a row." • The clou: That way you don't let 1 day become 2, 20 etc. and start neglecting your health • It doesn't need to be a full workout at the gym, but at least 10 (better: 30) min. of activity (home workout, hiking, jogging etc.) • It's inevitable that you will fail occasionally • Forgive yourself and move on, that is try to stick to the rule the best you can (80-90% commitment rate is good) • Valid exceptions: being sick, incidents out of your control etc. • Regular workouts = keystone habit that positively affects your mindset and decision-making in other life areas • 2DR is also appliable to other habits, e. g. sticking to one's productivity system etc.

Hey, so a quick thank you from me for giving me a direction in life that I couldn't find. I'm 18, Live in Poland and almost every day until the last month, every free hour I spend them in my room doing nothing but be in front of my computer. This was my routine, almost all my life cause of the bullying in begging school, Alcohol problems in my own house, and abusive father who abused physically and mentally my mother which was a lot more painful cause I didn't know how to deal with it. So I spend it in my room doing nothing, but I always wanted to change and I think if I didn't use those damn countless excuses in the past maybe I would improve earlier and this bad habit wouldn't worsen. Welp what happened can't be reverted but when I stumbled upon your channel the past month I found a motivation to try. I didn't want to achieve anything or something I just wanted to try living a more fulfilling life. I decided to try some of the challenges you committed like cold showers and journaling and others I wanted to like running every day and so on. I never felt so good in my whole life, and I decided to try to finish my high school with the best score I can master and go to college. I don't know which one yet but I have few ideas and I'll work em out in time. I wanted this to be quick, but instead, look at this hahaha. Anyway, I should thank the luck by finding your channel, And I hope that whatever challenges you stumble on you'll work it out quick and efficient.

A lot of people are commenting about the ad, but for the record, it's not a big deal at all. Free content is free content, and I'm guessing that those who feel butthurt about ads have never tried to put a well-organized, well-edited video together on any topic, for any length. No easy task, and very time-consuming. Ads are a necessary evil.

I always remember something super important that I've been forgetting as I'm falling asleep. And then I have to decide whether I'm going to wrench myself out of sleep to write it down or sleep and risk forgetting it forever

Great rule! Thanks for sharing. I have one comment on this video though: You didn't start talking about the two-day rule until minute 4, which means you spent 50% of the video before jumping into the real idea that you wanna deliver. As someone who takes 5-minute breaks between 25-minute studying sessions, I wasted 80% of my break before understanding your point. I think this message could be delivered in a better manner! Anyways, I love your videos, great work overall

Salih, Matt likes to set the scene and give background to his message 😊 maybe you can look forward to another snipped of his calm voice and well groomed facial hair in the 2nd part of your study breaks and just enjoy the moment ❤ good luck with your studies!

You’re content is seriously going viral off of KZread. I just heard about the “two day rule” on the Bobby Bones morning talk show on the commute into work this morning! And I said out loud “that’s Matt D’Avella!!” I’m so happy for you and all of your accomplishments. Keep being stellar. 💪🏼
