Dr. Ekberg you changed my life. I'm 46, 5 ft. 10, and I weighed 155 pounds. Not fat at all, but since I started following your advice I've dropped 17 pounds without much effort. Now I'm 138 lbs with at lot more energy. My cravings are almost gone. I'm not a ketogenic person, but I'm using more fat as a full instead of the carbohydrates. I can't believe I'm weighing the same when I was 14 years old. Keep spreading your message. You'll save many lives.

God has the solution to every problem but you can't expect God to come down from Heaven to come get you cured on Earth. It doesn't work that way lol 😂. God works and performs miracles through men and men like HERBALIST DOCTOR KINGSLEY who own a youtube channel where you can get the cure for all kinds of disease within just a week. Doctor Kingsley's youtube channel is called THE SEVEN DAYS FAST CURE FOR HERPES 1&2..... the only channel on KZread where you can get the cure for all diseases. I have been using baking soda to help heal my kidneys, which were experiencing mild pain on an almost daily basis. I got a book called Sodium Bicarbonate: Nature's Unique First Aid Remedy. From this I learned a simple protocol of taking about a half teaspoon of baking soda several times a day with water for about 10 days. Doing this the pain in my kidneys is almost completely gone. I am going to continue taking baking soda at a smaller regular dose and occasionally do these more intensive 10-day protocols. The information in this book was very enlightening and talked about the history of baking sodas use in medicine including four cancer treatments. Baking soda is one of the first treatments that emergency rooms use for toxicity or poisoning because it helps the body to remove these things.

@@hairycanary3238 personally, I drink it straight out of the bottle. One sip in the morning and one sip after a meal in the afternoon. The amounts that others may have to dilute it depends on their capacity to take it. One thing I do though, is after I take the sip, I take a drink of water so the acid doesn't hurt the enamel on my teeth. Most days it goes down easy but on some, I cringe a little but nevertheless it's quicker than drinking the glass of diluted water. Good luck. My acid reflux is gone away after 20 years of idiot doctors giving me acid reducing medications like nexium.

Agreed! Last night after dinner I was walking around and I regurgitated a little reflux. I knew that apple cider vinegar was supposed to help with digestion so I took one tablespoon in a glass of water and drink it down. There was no burning sensation at all, and when I went to bed Did not have any reflux. Though, I have been taking ACV for about a month now to hopefully dissolve calcium deposits in my joints. So today I decided to soak in the tub with Epson salt and apple cider vinegar. So far so good.

Absolutely on the mark. I had acute acid reflux and IBS for years with the very worst of the symptoms. My throat was so badly burned I could barely talk, the IBS was so bad I couldn’t make it through a meal without dashing to the toilet. I was very skeptical of the benefits of Apple cider vinegar but decided to give it a go. I started with a table spoon every morning about 7 months ago after a couple of days the heartburn disappeared and hasn’t come back. I lost weight, mainly due to my reduced appetite and increased energy. The IBS just quietly disappeared. I can’t recommend it highly enough

I've been on it for a couple months, but I couldn't understand what it does and whether it was anything more than the acidity (I think "nutrients" and "mother" are red herrings). For this reason, I may save some money in the future and buy cheaper vinegars; it seems they're all 5% acidity.

Just a quick update concerning my eating healthy regime. I weighed in at 165lbs at the beginning of August 2021, I weighed in today at 139.8lbs, so I'm extremely happy with my progress. It's been hard, however, all the cutting out carbs, watching my intake concerning protein, certain fats, no processed foods, bad sugars gone, while keeping a close eye on my sugar levels, not forgetting excersice (being really careful with the excersice as I have Fibromyalgia/CFS), it's worked. Still looking to get to my desired weight of nine and a half stone, so still following my healthy eating plan in a safe way.

ACV and baking soda mixed together makes an amazing drawing salve. Had a cyst on my back that I couldn't quite fully drain. Applying that mixture left a layer of plaster-like material on my cyst that literally sucked the last bit of puss out. Highly recommended.

Great channel! I have a random thought: Could you maybe make a video on what to eat and drink (or not to eat and drink) with anxiety? I am taking prozac, which is helping me, but I am sure I can be mindful with diet. One thing I noticed is coffee triggering anxiety. Again, sorry, this thought came to my mind and I thought I would share. Thank you for the video, inspired me to make my own kombucha actually!

I use ACV daily and have never had a problem. I know someone else that has hypertension and tried baking soda. Their ankles and hands swelled possibly from fluid retention. They use ACV now with no issues. I think when people see advice like this it should be made very clear that they should exercise caution if they have any medical conditions. The same goes for taking any supplements.

Thank you for your well-articulated advice on many subjects! I sometimes am awakened by acid reflux. It's rare but it happens once or twice a year. So, I keep a box of Arm & Hammer baking soda in my medicine cabinet along with citric acid. If I get acid reflux I mix a half teaspoon of baking soda with a quarter teaspoon of citric acid in a glass of water. The water gets carbonated like Alka seltzer. I drink the fizzy water and a few minutes later I get a burp of relief. Then it's back to sleeping like a baby again! BTW, I know people who take an antiacid right after eating as a precaution against getting heartburn. They wonder why they have stomach problems. Duh! I think they need to watch your video!

In Mexico (I don't know about other countries) we often drink homemade serum, which consists of water with a mixture of salt, baking soda, lemon and some honey. It is recommended to hydrate and some doctors even recommend to take it daily. I'm surprised that you don't find any benefits in taking baking soda
