    I started walking Nov 2019 and in Feb 2020 I developed gout in my big toe joints. Through research I found a connection between kidneys, uric acid and ACV. Within a week my gout was gone and never returned. I walk up to 7 miles a day, drink 6 TBLS of ACV mixed in my 9 cups of green tea (sip it all day long with a straw) I have lost 65 pounds which was my goal!

    I developed arthritis in my left ankle and knee which was gradually worsening. An old guy living up the road suggested ACV (I had never even heard of it 😮). I took it every day in warm water and within a couple of months the problem had completely cleared. I had no other treatment. Meantime I read about the interaction between Acetic acid and Uric acid crystals etc. I still take ACV every day and never had any more joint problems, that's 8 years ago.

    Just for reference: I have suffered constant heartburn for two years. Everyday. Frustrating, annoying and confounding. My doctor prescribed Famotidine and that works really well but I have zero desire to stay on that drug so I tried ACV. Two table spoons twice a day (once in morning, once at night) and although it was a slow-go to get results, let me tell you it's been AMAZING. I no longer take drugs to treat my every freakin' day heartburn. I understand I may have to take it in various doses pretty much forever to maintain the success but that's alright. It works Really well. If anyone has a heartburn problem, I sincerely recommend trying ACV. Be patient with it. Give it time and stick to the regiment and it Will help you. Cheers!

    Great info! This definitely backs up what I have personally discovered by ingesting ACV daily. With a strict KETO diet and adding ACV daily I have overcome over 20 year's of uncontrollable and a truly miserable GI existence. Traditional medical doctor's have put me through the entire ringer of testing only to tell me that I was perfectly fine (I assure you that I wasn't, sooo many "IBS" problems that made life almost impossible at times in the past). Really happy and appreciative that I could find this kind of info to help myself. My regular MD was and still is amazed by my results. I lost 60lbs, blood pressure became normal and they had to take my blood oxygen levels three times because it was 100! They had never seen that before 👍👍👍 All good stuff. And even better, I feel GREAT ♥️ Thank you for sharing your highly educated information. You have no idea how much you are helping people who have simply given up and given into the idea that "this miserable illness is just what I need to live with". As I was told many times. Glad that's over 🤗❤️👍

    If your hair seems to be falling out, spray acv on your scalp, massage it in and let it dry. Leave in overnight, then shampoo. Worked great for me, cleans up the scalp. Do it a couple of evenings a week. Also works great for athletes feet. Soak about an hour for two nights straight, rest them a couple of days, then do it again. After that, about once every week or two. Only thing I've found that actually works. You don't need the mother acv to do either of these two things. I use mother acv for internal only.

    Dandruff was gone with two treatments on alternate days of equal parts ACV & water massaged into my scalp, let sit 10 mins and then rinse with warm water. Just passing it on for anyone's benefit.

    Can you tell exactly how many oz/ml of ACV and water you mixed?

  • @madhusudan

    @madhusudan

    3 жыл бұрын

    @@clarkehoward It should be equal parts, so the total amount is not that important. It was a while ago, but I'd guess I used maybe 2 tablespoons of each mixed together in a small bowl. Then I simply collected some on my fingertips by dipping them in and massaged it into my scalp. I kept doing that until my entire scalp felt damp with it. It turns out that dandruff may be caused by a fungus, which is why this works. Weird, right?

    @@drekberg Amazing video Dr. Sten and really hoping to get you advise on a frustrating issue I am having with ACV out of the blue. I have daily for years drank lemon in warm water every morning on empty stomach and acv in evening before bed mixed with a little water. Endless balancing and detox benefits I have always loved among keeping my immune system/digestion in amazing health. This year however suddenly both give me crazy heartburn out of nowhere. I never get heartburn in my life unless I eat out of my norm on holidays but baffled how 2 things I have sworn by for so long suddenly cause this. Appreciate your thoughts sincerely!

    I had high blood pressure. Going on the DASH diet, I accidentally discovered ACV in order to flavour my food (ACV and honey) and I love it. My blood pressure is normal (yay), and I have no more indigestion (yay) and I can actually sleep at night. Amazing what you can feel like if you eat healthy. Lots of veggies, limit salt and sugar, eat a reasonable amount of carbs and lean protein (mostly fish) and no alchohol or coffee. I feel like a different human. This ACV stuff is just the cherry on top!
