I just came back from a 4.4 mile run, and made the balsamic vinegar drink with some organic balsamic vinegar I bought at my favorite grocery store, with just plain water, and it was really refreshing, tastes sweet! I'm shocked! I'm 43, and I wish my elders would have taught me this when I was younger. Thanks Doc!

Thanks Dr. Gundry for covering this. Due to a hereditary genetic disorder, my liver got destroyed a few decades back, so any alcohol is a mortal sin for me. However, you did answer a question concerning balsamic vinegar. I was thrilled to learn that it retains the polyphenols from the original wine. I buy an 18 year old balsamic vinegar by the case and use it liberally every night with copious amounts of a good EVOO, various spices, goat cheese, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and a huge variety of vegetables and dark multicolored leafy greens that I shred into a very large raw salad. I practice an OMAD lifestyle that I squeeze in a 2 hour window (never going past 7:00 PM). I consume my salad first and then join my wife for dinner afterwards. It is a wonderful lifestyle that still mystifies me after a year. I understand the mechanics that effortlessly eliminates all of my prior vices, but I still marvel that so few people are aware of this (my wife thinks I’m crazy, but I’m 60 pounds lighter and feel better than I have in decades). Thanks for all of the information you provide. Hopefully, it will set me up for a better aging outcome and maybe I’ll get my wife to follow in my footsteps. 😊😊😊

FYI, when making salad dressing with oil and vinegar, ADD 3x tablespoons of lecithin. mix thoroughly, refrigerate overnight then mix again. the lecithin will emulsify the dressing so that the oil and vinegar will not separate out. another FYI: make underarm deodorant with half distilled white vinegar and half cheap vodka, super inexpensive, works by killing the bacteria that cause smells.

Candida Albicans (ca) fungi causes white tongue, and grows down the esophagus. Finely, I believe, overgrowing the duodenum, which can cause the loss of bile production, by making the sphincter of Oddi inactive. Vinegar kills ca fungi. This is how I cured my gallbladder disease. After attaining white poop, I drank vinegar. After this treatment, my gallbladder woke up, and I painfully passed gall stones. I now have renewed bile flow once again. COMPLETE CURE.

If vinegar doesn't say RAW then most of the benefits mentioned are negated and " the mother" has little benefit. Most commercial vinegars are pasteurized and have no living probiotics or vitamin C or much else of value in the body. If it doesn't say RAW, it isn't.

The time it takes for the stomach to empty completely can vary based on a number of factors such as the type of food consumed, the person's age, gender, and overall health, and the individual's digestive system. However, in general, it can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours for the stomach to empty its contents into the small intestine, where further digestion and absorption take place. The rate of gastric emptying is influenced by factors such as the volume and composition of the food, the presence of hormones and neurotransmitters that regulate the digestive process, and the muscle contractions that mix and propel the contents through the digestive system. In some cases, certain medical conditions such as gastroparesis, in which the stomach empties too slowly, or dumping syndrome, in which food moves too quickly from the stomach into the small intestine, can affect gastric emptying times. If you have concerns about your digestion or how long it takes for your stomach to empty, it's always best to speak with your doctor or a registered dietitian.

Not any fructose, no way. During fermentation, all sugars are converted, other way the process would not be possible. The natural vinegars don't contain sugar and carbs anymore. I don't speak here about the commercial products in stores, many manufacturers put sugar in for the taste... Those are not good vinegars for health purposes. Do search for natural raw ones.

Lead occurs naturally in Soils and can be found in all parts of our environment - the air, the soil, the water. So everything that grows contains some Lead. That includes Grapes, Chocolate, Peas, Sweet Potatoes, and many other vegetables and fruits, etc. For reducing blood Lead levels, take Vitamin C, E, Thiamine (B1), Folate (B9) and Iron.

If it's not apple cider vinegar, all other vinegars inflame the prostate, (as does naringenin, a plant chemical found in tangerenes and citrus) and also inflames the colon, (as do pyrroles from over cooked/burnt meat and Veges). An inflamed body part allows easy entry for the cancer nucleus and cancer complex, to there start and fuel a malignancy .Clark H R. PhD ND 2007.The Cure and Pevention of All Cancers. 600pages.

@@SA-cb2it The point is dont allow the the acid to linger in your mouth. I use one tablespoon of acv in 6 to 8 ounces of water. Dont sip it. Drink it down completely. Then follow with a mouthfull of plain water, swish it around your mouth a few times (the way you use mouthwash) then swallow to rinse your throat too.
