Bhavana explores why self-advocacy is challenging for women at work and in life and how we can take steps to overcome our fears and find the courage to ask for what we want. Her message was a great reminder of self validation. Imagine who you wanted to be- a great way to pause and go back to what you intrinsically want from life, what makes you happy. Recognize your strengths. Work through your weaknesses. Saddle up even if you’re apprehensive. Lean in. Thought provoking.
