In Pancrase where it's only open hand strikes allowed, Bas Rutten figured out he was able to throw cuffs like straight punches because he was so flexible in the wrists. His highlight videos from the Pancrase days are nuts.

Coming across this channel was the best accident I ever had I am so happy that I ran into him

I am a young Cuban-American that has been watching your vids for sometime. I use to be 320 lbs and have now worked down to 185. I am still cutting to reach middleweight but your instruction has been instrumental. Supposedly, the amateurs open up again in March for new applicants. I am in Miami, Fl and would llike to see about going up there sometime before then for 1 on 1 instruction. I see the big names at 5th street gym but I feel you have been training me already through the vids lol. Definitely praying for you, God bless you and your family.

This I do know = there is no one today in Boxing, that hits with the CUFFS like DEONTAY WILDER! Watch his earlier fights and he is decapitating fighters with CUFFS and FOREARMS !
