    This tutorial re-invigorates me. I've been lifting heavy for years and I've recently over time, trimmed down from 255 to 215. I used to look forward to lifting, I miss it, but now I can look forward to and concentrate on skipping and bag work once again.

    I think that test might have a painful fail. Like, now you got a pebble, but both eyes are watering and you’re looking up at the ceiling, wondering what just hit your back. Not that I ever fail, but hypothetically.

    I do not know could you coach new champions, but I'm certain you can keep athletic minds together and conflicting egos in check. Those skills are rarely seen in reality or shown in fiction. Maybe no champions, but good spirits between trainees and great loyalty as result.

I have no plans for my future concerning boxing due to the DAMDEMIC and all the insanity it came with... I retired from my work as a Union Carpenter a couple years ago. After I retired, I went full time working to be my best at the things I enjoy. All things boxing was near the top of my list. Now I just exercise, read my books, walk my dogs, with no real plans!     He sir , I ordered speed bag gloves by accident, I thought I ordered bag gloves. Can you hit the bag with these? Would like to strengthen my hands for the pro game And all the other extra bonuses you get from training with small gloves like accuracy for example

    Mike 777 Thanks for watching * * * * * The small gloves enable the fighters to study their precision punching... Pin point punching was so important to the old school champions. They would put their knuckle on a pimple rather that a 16 once glove on a 100 pound punching bag.... I put a link to a video about the Hall of Fame Champs who only utilized a glove similar to what I believe you ordered! These gloves are similar to the Gloves Muhammad Ali utilized when he trained! Both items are online. Rival Boxing and Title Boxing sell these items. Sizes are not always available. I like them big so to leave room for a good wrap!     Hi I have a question about speed bag training. I read in Jack Dempsey's "Championship Fighting: Explosive Punching and Agressive Defence" that he values speed bag work over heavy bag work. He doesn't however really explain why, or at the very least his explanation didn't really clear it up for me. In your experience, do you agree with Dempsey on this? And if so, could you enlighten me as to why you believe that to be the case? Thank you very much, cheers from Portugal.
