One of my favorite tools to have in the bag of speed bag moves. The reverse Triple beat. When I learned how to speed bag I learned like everyone else. The front side triple beat and hit it as hard as you can from the front side of the bag for as long as you can. It looks impressive....till you see someone like Alan Kahn who is @speedbag1 here on KZread and @speedbagbible on Instagram, or Speed bag Skunk killing these unreal returns then the blow it away with a crazy reverse triple beat. Every Bagger has their own flare and I love...I mean love when I’m in the zone drumming you’ll see me set my hips and shoulders ready for the triple triple reverse combo.
Some times it’s easy to lear stuff when you’re being goofy with yourself....why be so serious when learning new things.
