Whats your guys opinion on normal dips and benched dips? So far i've heard that dips in general "can" cause shoulder injuries on the acromion, due to rounding the shoulders on both exercises. Is it true? And if, what can you do to prevent it or whats the best possible form on the dips when aiming for the triceps?
Make another one for the biceps please
