Got some level 4, and most of level 3 (still missing everything handstand related). Currently sitting at a record of 8 consecutive muscle ups, one pull-up with 35kg (I weight 70kg), weighted pistol squats, archer pull-ups, one hand push-ups, and such. Working towards achieving the front level. Cheers!

I hurt my shoulder twice by doing wide pull up, the pain is so severe that I can’t even turn my neck or sleep. Guys please protect your shoulder when doing wide pull up.

All those elderly people who walked long distances when they were young who complain about ruined hips, knees, and ankles? Yeah. Future CROSSFIT athletes will complain about all of that, and also their elbows and shoulders and wrists and fingers. "My elbows and shoulders and wrists and fingers don't hurt [enough yet], I wish they did." - do CROSSFIT pull ups. "What?" - do REGULAR pull ups.

it's been many months of mine doing calisthenics ,I am currently 1.8034 metre with 64 kg of body weight, as per now i can only do 34-35 pushups in 3 forms(simple pushups, incline and decline) plus 19-20 diamond push ups chest to floor touch. 8-9 chin ups, and around 20 dips with full range.

Me: even though I’ve never worked out, wall pushups will be laughably easy… let’s try. Me after wall push ups: 😮💨😮💨😮💨😩😩😩 Any movement is better than no movement, and I can already feel myself getting stronger. I’m slowly decreasing the angle. 💪
