Hey! This is late but I'll answer anyway. Try not to chase reps but chase intensity. I wouldn't recommend going beyond 10 reps. Chest work with lats always?! Closer elbow = bigger chest activation But chin up will always mean a lat and arm excercise Chest don't work that much

Amir Bilal more stretch on the lats with close grip. Not true. The pectoral engagement is also very minimal. For some, chin ups are not enough for bicep growth @JG, rather isolation is necessary.

Are there some good bodyweight exercises for deltoids?
Calisthenics over gym anyday!
I've started doing push-ups, chin-ups, pull-ups, and specific stretches because of this channel and been doing them since June 21st!
Nice
This is why gymnasts have huge biceps, they're in a constant eccentric phase
I think this is the way I’ll go, once this shoulder repairs

Hey can you please make A playlist for Bigginers
Becasue the covid 19 sitation Rings look soo efectiv for building muscle and geting more rom then any other equmpineg ! *But* will rings work for begginer ?
please tell me do you take whey protein and is it safe?
How long will it take to get to his level of fitness? I am a vegan dont have much protein in my diet. What to do
when i do chin ups with full ROM i only get sore (feel the burn the day after) in the upper part of my forearm and not at all. I feel disappointed today because yesterday I did chinups and dont feel the burn at all in my biceps, makes me think i wasted a day. Will definitely try reducing the range of motion.
Thanks guys What did you mean about leaver? Does you mean that the elbow is the fulcrum Plz replay me I need to understand it
is it better to workout specific muscle groups on workout days like monday: shoulder, triceps, chest (push muscles) wednesday: calves, hamstrings, quads, glutes (lower body, leg) friday: Biceps, traps, back (pull muscles) or just do a full body workout every workout day?

I think muscles need time to regrow and they need some days off to build back up after they break down. It usually takes 2 days, so i think work on a muscle for 4 days and, add 2 days of rest.

Pelican push up and ring bicep curl is a good ways to make ur biceps explode
Pelican curls for intermediate and hefesto negatives for advanced level are ok?
I don't know why, but I can't feel the burn in my biceps whenever I do chin-ups, unlike the dumbell and barbell curl. Am I doing something wrong?
How wise should the hands be placed during the chin up?
Good
Which body weight workout is good for forearms?
Was accepting to see headbangers

Please suggest a good forearms exercise
So for chin up, I shouldnt to it fully in order to get the most out of it?
Should a casual calisthenics guy care about periodization and how would you implement it in calisthenics.
Are there ways to emphasize the brachialis muscle?

Hi alex plz plz plz plz plz .plz put a nutrition video for beginners plz understand
Slowly, I am beginning to wonder if I should not let go of calisthenics because of the weak activation of the biceps. As for now, I changed the bar for gymnastic rings and will decide what to do next in 2 months

Rozrywka po pracy you were thinking to quit calisthenics because the biceps activation is weak? Wow. That's dumb. Sry. What about doing weights and calisthenics. Weights for the muscle groups that can't be targeted that great like legs or biceps. And cali for the rest
