    I do both bodyweight and weight training and those things will work but not as a curl if you have a bare why would you do them do a chinup instead

    Anyone that's ever done even the most basic of anatomy knows biceps work for shoulder flexion. If they don't then you need to seriously question thier knowledge base.

    @@WozWozEre i know, but ill tell you most people that go to the gym/workout arent aware that muscles can pull both the joint under it and above it. they always think it can pull the lower one only. idk if i explained it well so ill give u an example: the calves can extend both the foot and go help the hamstring into knee flexion,but most people think it can only extend the foot

    Pls dont do bicep push ups. Thr cartilage in your wrist isnt resistent to pressure. So of you put all your pressure on your wrist, you can vlget injuries.

Can you do a video on - getting a stronger lower back ? - flexibility training - increasing vertical jump, workouts and plyometrics - training neck muscles - strengthening the ankles and minor joints important for athletes, which are usually overlooked while training.

    This came to me at a really appropriate time since I developed Cubital Tunnel Syndrome with doing too many chin ups. Would you recommend doing ANY arm work that doesn't involve bending of the elbow or am I better off just staying away from calisthenics until this issue is fixed?     Their videos are always very insightful and absolutely u can learn lots from them.... in my case i never work isolated exercices for one part of the body alone, i find it terribly boring... always everyday work the whole body... but i guess that that comes from my education as dancer.... top guys.. grtz👍🏻

    Nice work as always. Guys if you read this, I hope you do a video about triceps also because the opposite movement of shoulder flexion (don't know the name) activates the triceps. My triceps get sore after doing front levers.

    You mean shoulder extension. Getting a sore Triceps from Frontlever Raises is actually pretty common. I made the same expierience (Sven).

    You distinguish in your closing recommendations between muscle mass and strength/skills as focus of training. With more muscle mass comes more strength, and a beginner such as I will grow at first either way, but how much does it matter exactly to focus on one or the other?

    @@mr.potatohead6138 "Size equals strength" what a deluded theory. Your body has a limit to size, if you go par that, chances are you are gonna have a shorter life span. So go for strength and not size. I have seen super skinny dudes who punch like a heavyweight boxer.
