Great video as always☺️. I asked a question in the previous video about outflareing elbows when doing pushups but I never got an answer there so I am going to try here☺️. I saw some calisthenic athletes (like Vadym Olyenik, Max True, Vitaly...) doing pushups w/ outfaled elbows and never got any injuries. How is that possible? Maybe it has something to do w/ wrist placement? P.S. sorry if my einglish isnt perfect but I guess you got the point😂

We released a video on that. It might be, that they are mobile in the shoulder and have a lot of shoulderblade strength to compensate that. But most people don't have this strength and might get injured. You also don't know if they do it aleays like that, or only on videos...

Depends how you train, if you are exercising until exhaustion every session then you should be having rest days, otherwise you are going to hinder the results from training other muscle groups, for example if you go all out on chest and triceps one day, you might have sore shoulders on other days when you train them. Pacing yourself every session by not doing max reps on every set allows you to workout everyday, and avoid injuries from over stressing your body.
