7 Muscle-Ups
Hill Sprint
11 Goblet Squats (88LB men / 62LB women)
With the leaderboards continuing to tighten on both the men's and women's side, and Event 10 still a mystery, contenders like Patrick Vellner, Jeffrey Adler, and Emma Lawson took the opportunity to pour all they had into this workout . . . with substantial gains to be had for all of them.
