I think this is a very unique event and not knowing the number of reps for an exercise does really change how you approach it, but I do find they are gassing up the "unkown" element of this event a lot considering there are really only 2 exercises you can't infer from the equipment and set up.

i like that they're able to do these sort of movements. this is almost the sort of training i would find functional. there are a lot of movements that would be perfect for being a perfect human that aren't included in regular weight training. a lot of these movements aren't perfect at all but theyre creative and good for different levels of strenght trainging. more balance involved

why? these movements weren't very devastating. Moreover, most of the competitors did them with a good form. I understand you're one of these "superstraight nohomo nocrossfit guys"? Look at those people, they are fucking jacked beasts.

Sustain they’re gassing the fuck out. You think they can’t do burpees or something? Exercises or movements like that are literally their sport, not just something they do to warm up or cardio. I don’t even do CrossFit but this comment section is so ridiculous

Only if they stop exercise completely. Keep going, not to elite intensity of course, into old age and they will be fine.....just like labouring for your whole life.
