    Literally before heat 3 started i said to myself “yeah this workout has Kari Pearce’s name written all over it” i knew she was going to demolish this workout and it doesn’t surprise me that she had the best time out of all the heats because she does stuff like this in her regular daily workouts. Go Kari!!!

    As always they make the females heats much much much easier than the men. Why is it the most men cannot finish and the women are all flying to the finish. The women should be doing heavier weights to keep it more even.

  • @JoJoRock197

    @JoJoRock197

    quantrill lol, men have more testosterone. Regardless of what your local gender-studies experts keep saying, men are stronger than women because balls. That’s why men are given up to 50% extra weight over the women, which usually is enough to balance things out, but this event, women could have used heavier weights.

    Comparing is great when you know what you're talking about, you're misunderstanding an overhead lunge, the rule is that it has to be overhead, not arms locked out and overhead. The athletes doing it locked out are doing it because they trained that way to help stability, if you don't need that, there is no reason to do it. You might say that following rules is pathetic, I think it is way more pathetic to not listen to the rules and then name call because you don't understand a very basic thing. Wondered if the commentators mention it and they do for Noah Ohlsen, they mention how he is doing better because he has beautiful locked out arms, not that he is the only one doing it correct. So you had all the information and you still ignored it so you could say some nonsense.
