CrossFit

CrossFit

CrossFit is the best way to get fit since 2000.

It is a workout regime that prepares you for any physical contingency. Workouts are constantly varied and incorporate weightlifting, gymnastics, running, and more.

Guided by a Coach
CrossFit meets you where you are. Your coach will adjust the workouts to be appropriately challenging for you. As you learn what you're able to do now, you'll be rewarded with a new challenge to pursue next.

At 13,000 gyms worldwide
CrossFit gyms are not cookie-cutter franchises but instead dynamic and varied independent businesses that bring the CrossFit methodology to their local community. Find your gym → map.crossfit.com/?

Is it just me, or does that sound a lot more like emotional manipulation than it does care or love?

Amazing! Where do I start? Seriously. My husband has moderate Parkinson's, can't stop shaking, very much pain, and has prosthetic leg. I have a different (more rare, still painful) musculoskeletal syndrome. We both want to change our bodies. So like I asked, where to start?

Awesome for all of your <115# athletes. J hook for the rest of the universe. I also recommend the big jump and one pull to get to 15' for my 6'3"+ athletes.

This is the first time CrossFit media has put this style out. So yeah, new in that regard. Doesn’t mean others haven’t done it before. Same with the CrossFit methodology. It was “new” in 2001, doesn’t mean someone wasn’t implementing things like that before. Bunch of hypercritical people out here need to spend less time in comments and more time helping others
