Masculine love & feminine love !!
Lovely delivery
Is it just me, or does that sound a lot more like emotional manipulation than it does care or love?
The camera operator that caught the shot of Paulson through someone’s legs at 26:50 deserves a raise and a promotion
Why does he sound so girly? Wtf.
Absolute tosh. Shes getting a backhand from the meat and dairy indsustry no doubt..

i just learned how to rope climb and this video really helped thanks!
Such an incredible person! Keep smashing it Jules!!
Great story, seems like a very sweet humble guy. Good luck to him 💪😊💪
Glassman is not very good at explaining this important concept
El impulso mayor está en la cadera?
Amazing history ! I love this.
Love your outfit baby ❤ your so beautiful
Go, Jules! ❤ CrossFit, more of these types of videos!
This is so random.
Amazing! Where do I start? Seriously. My husband has moderate Parkinson's, can't stop shaking, very much pain, and has prosthetic leg. I have a different (more rare, still painful) musculoskeletal syndrome. We both want to change our bodies. So like I asked, where to start?
Dude... Do like 1 Shoulder Press... With 25s and 5s on both sides....
Peak Crossfit games
one wrong move and it's over 💀💀
More media like this please!!
Whats the difference of the bar under the legs vs outside?
Gracias por existir !! El método es el mejor para todo !! Salud elite
I haven't got the confidence to release both hands lol
What an inspiration. Jules you are an absolute legend!
None of these armchair form experts here could ever row a 2:40 in the marathon...
Awesome for all of your <115# athletes. J hook for the rest of the universe. I also recommend the big jump and one pull to get to 15' for my 6'3"+ athletes.
I’ve been rope climbing like this since military class… like 11 years ago ?
This is the first time CrossFit media has put this style out. So yeah, new in that regard. Doesn’t mean others haven’t done it before. Same with the CrossFit methodology. It was “new” in 2001, doesn’t mean someone wasn’t implementing things like that before. Bunch of hypercritical people out here need to spend less time in comments and more time helping others
So what’s the new part?
I'm shocked because CrossFitters have climbing like this a decade+
Clickbait... 😢
😂 That is the way I learned 8 years ago
This isn't new. It's been used in the Tactical Game for a long time now.
For faster descent at the top just let go.
Nah, Bruh! You'll burn your palms up! 🤣🤣🤣
From the description of the video... "Recently, Nicole Christensen (CF-L4) traveled to Ute CrossFit to be a guest coach, and our cameras were there to capture the action. Follow along in this video as she coaches a class from start to finish."
A new video not a new technique
Hey congratulations to all the dorks in the comments for knowing this already! But guess what no one gives a fuck and this video is clearly not for you
Meanwhile, the box step-up baffles.
I learned this in gym class in the 1960s ;)
This is new? (Edit- new was taken out of the title)
Rich Froning used this style of foot clamp in 2011
No, I named it the lazy J 42 years ago
Nope lol
No
For her
We'd been doing that in the USMC for years!!
Yeah, I always thought that was how it was done.
@@JonBondgsr Yeah, they taught us how to do that. The dominant foot gets tired, but the upper body doesnt get fatigued at all.
