2019 Rogue Invitational | Squat Clean Ladder - Full Live Stream

Спорт

Complete, official live stream of the Squat Clean Ladder; the final individual mens and womens event from the 2019 Rogue Invitational in Columbus, Ohio.
The reigning Fittest Man and Fittest Woman on Earth, Mat Fraser and Tia-Clair Toomey, look to lock up their overall first place finishes, but Patrick Vellner, Scott Panchik, Brook Haas, and Sara Sigmundsdottir don’t intend to make it easy for them. Hopeful Games qualifiers Rachel Garibay, Lauren Suever, Jacob Pfaff, Colten Mertens, Chandler Smith, and Ben Smith also look to climb the leaderboard and help their chances via the Squat Clean Ladder.
The Squat Clean Ladder involves escalating weight loads across five rounds:
10 squat clean, 185 / 125 LBS
8 squat cleans, 225 / 145 LBS
6 squat cleans, 255 / 165 LBS
4 squat cleans, 285 / 185 LBS
2 squat cleans, 305 / 205 LBS

That does not mean it is good. While it can cause damage, many athletes choose not to work on it because it takes too much time to fix it for it not really decreasing strength. This is mostly seen in Asian countries and is examplified in many of the female lifters in China. Weightlifting is their job, and they would be willing to work through pain to reach the top.

I like how everyone in this thread gets personally offended(typically the crossfit or nothing people) with the mentioning of PEDs/steroids when Castro openly admitted their usage and "cycling off" in the crossfit movie in the Redeemed and the Dominant. Please keep in mind that to train 3-4 times a days, 6-7 days a week, there is a high likelihood of "supplementation." Argue if you will, it is what it is.

People are taking performance enhancers. But usually the guys not in first place dope harder than the guy actually in first, because they are chasing. However i don’t know who’s actually taking performance enhancers and to accuse any of them without evidence is unfair, we sort of can not prove they are without a failed test. Test em til they fail. If they refuse, then we can absolutely assume they are.
