there have been world conquests as a nation with 0 factories, manpower or land to deploy units, and not using ideological loyalty, it really is not that good. you get around 26k manpower per year from it, guess how much one decent division takes? 10-15k you get 1 and a half division per year, woo hoo. ideological loyalty is good for countries that have nothing, but its not some magical win the game button. @@i_hate_stupid_username_rules

They did this in real life , because africa is allready a country (The Americans)
