Good job he kept the motor trimmed down so he could dredge the channel for the next geezer blasting through the sand bar.

Love the thumbnail. Trying to push the boat off the sandbar while the outboard motor has it anchored there.😂

Helpful hint: when you get stuck on a sand bar, make sure you keep the engine all the way down to ensure you stay anchored there.

I really enjoy watching, as where I live the boat ramp is 200 meters or about 650 feet away from where I live in Australia. I spend some time there most afternoons just watching like you do. Some people, no probs, others, talk about entertainment. Keep up the good work.

Clearly it is easier to step out of a boat onto the dock as to climbing up a ladder or whatever at home to remove or put in a bag or cooler.

It doesn’t matter. It’s incredibly bad ramp etiquette to load or unload your boat at the ramp. Takes too much time while others are waiting. You ALWAYS load & unload in the staging area.

That water is moving fast too. I'm surprised that the boat doesn't get swamped. Every state needs to start imposing laws for licenses for operating boats. And NOT online courses either. I know people that have online Captain's licenses and they can't even load or unload safely.

Trimming that motor up from the switch on the side would be funny as the boat will likely blow away from them.

It’s much easier to walk or through the anchor into deep water and pull yourself from inside the boat to deeper water. But in this case. Trim the motor and problem solved.

Northeast during snow storms we use cat nip to stop tires from spinning how bout that on ramp. Or we carry little yellow grip ramps to put under tires to stop snow spinning tires would that work
