Hello...I too, have become addicted to Stepanie, her Mommy, and of course her wonderful Chataue and many many friends. I am a 66 year old who lives in USA. Georgia. I watched her once and I was hooked. You can bet if I were younger and was physically able...I would be there helping . I would love to be a Patron and feel that I finished my time on this beautiful world by contributing to a cause that is making so many people happy in these tough times. Yes, what a pleasure to watch all your creative spirits! Today, I donated blood, forgetting to eat first( I’ve never don’t that and will never do that again!) and suffered the consequences. Thankfully, I could lie down at home, so watching you was therapeutic. Giving blood is needed but be sure to eat first! Watching people feel good is wonderful. One note to consider, I used to serve as a docent in a home museum in the South, and they told us that the little chair, similar to yours, was a chair maker’s sample that they would carry on a wagon to various homes to show their skills and wares; then, the owners would order according to their real-life examples. It is just a thought to consider. Best wishes to you all.

The problem with watching you is I stop doing thing that I have to do ( spring is here in Minnesota and my garden need lots cleaning ! Still little cold so I make excuses not to go out side )

Hello, Stephanie. It was so interesting to watch/listen Chef Mike Robinson! I would be nervous cooking for a famous chef or restauranteur. I am sure that your meals were delicious because they always look mouth watering. Thank goodness that you cannot gain weight looking at food.

This video came up in my queue. Even though I have watched this before, I see so many changes. I miss Oliver at Lalande. He's due for a visit. lol I'm actually going to be in Barcelona and going to try and go to one of the restaurants he recommended to have tea/coffee. I GPS how far away Lalande would be from where I'll be....there would be enough time to drive through your courtyard to wave Hi, beep beep my horn to say bye and drive back. It was just a wishful thought. Hopefully we get to see more picnics again this Spring.

Stephanie I know this is over a year old...... the upstairs room are very run down BUT one of those rooms which are so full of light could easily be turned into a little studio for Oliver, that way he could leave all his stuff in and a quiet space to paint. Random thought only because of the amount of light pouring in the windows....don’t know if you read or Natty reads but I hope someone reads

I have a completely ridiculous obsession with linens, as well, Stephanie and had fallen in love with Yves Delorme many years ago. I could only wish to have them, so when I saw you do a photo shoot with their beautiful beddings, I was so excited for you (although feeling pretty low about my own lol). I had a visceral reaction to Michael getting that magenta paint on your beautiful silk bed spread. Poor man. He shall never live it down (you are a forgiving host, though; just as you’d graciously forgiven Mary for the Jaguar dent)! :)

Stephanie, could you please, please invite some of my absolute favorite mudlarkers on to go into your moat and try and find some juicy relics from your chateau? I have three in mind that I would absolutely love to see on your show: Nicola White (with Tideline Art), the Mudpies (a father and daughter duo) and a mother and daughter duo, the Northern Mudlarks. Please host a party for mudlarkers at your chateau and maybe other chateau will let the, lark, as well. Perhaps you can host in exchange for keeping any finds? :) Please be sure and tag me of you do, because I definitely would not want to miss it! X

aaaaahhhhh charcuteir............ my life, my down fall............ you could candy some nice birds and cattle in that kettle, and pop out a couple of pizzas while you wait. imagine the kubasa and sausage you could make, venison kubasa, venison sausage, blood pudding, jerky, AND !!! branch off into pet food at the sametime.... you have horse shoes up you ass lady..............

That's an Indonesian chillies sauce, "sambal bajak" and I see you bought it in Holland which wouldn't taste as authentic, nevertheless, have it with white rice and any side dish as fried chicken or fish with some sauteed vegs. Or use it as tomato sauce like in Italian food, but very little, into your fried such as prawns dish that is added with some more tomatoes, onion, garlic and even sweet Indonesian kecap. Yum! What a delightful video to watch. Am so enjoying it.

He is a good friend of Stephanie who can work remotely. He is not a chef but has recently done a cordon bleu boulangerie and patisserie course.

I love an old house or place where you can find treasures and discover wonderful antiques and curiosities, daggy & dirty underwear NOT included LOLOL.. classic..hehe.. I am not sure if you will read or see these messages. I saw a few videos by chance while watching Dick and Angel..
