Years of trial and error has led me to see that your exact list is no freaking joke. i struggle with inflammation and i just learned i should not have gluten, oats, etc. this blew my mind and you even said here to avoid oats. i just did my blood type at home... i know i was O but wasn't sure if i was positive or negative... i'm positive. then for fun i thought i'd finally watch one of these... thank you. this is so beneficial to know. from my experience you are hitting the nail on its head.

Only in moderation! Too much alcohol will destroy the liver over time, regardless of blood type. The liver is the most hard working organ in the body since it has to metabolize everything you put into your mouth, so it must be protected if you want to remain vibrant and live long.

When he makes statements about canola oil, his whole argument goes down the drain. First there is no canola plant. It's a name created by an advertising firm. It comes from the rape seed and was used as a machine oil. It's toxic to the body. There is nothing health about it and causes tremendous inflammation in the body. How does he not know this?

Distilled water is best. Water is for flushing and hydrating. Your body wants organic minerals from food, not inorganic minerals from mineral water which can cause hardening of the arteries and contribute to arthritis.

Read the D'Adamo book Eat Right for Your Type, it will explain that and many other things. Mostly the things good for type O are old human foods the caveman ate, new foods like wheat and some other grains came into our diet much later the type O stomach can't handle them. Melons might fall into that category or they produce acid in the stomach (much like orange juice (but not grapefruit juice)), type Os have lots of stomach acid generally to digest meat and acidic foods are bad..

O blood types are meat eaters. And yes we have a strong stomach acid that’s why we can digest meat better than other blood types. Being a vegetarian with O blood type is not good. You are most likely malnourished and your body is in need of animal protein. I hear lot of vegans are in poor health. You think you are eating healthy but you are sick. Connect the dots. You are eating the wrong diet. Good luck to you. Hope you wise up before you ruin your health completely.

There isn't strong scientific evidence to suggest that specific diets based on blood type have a significant impact on health or diabetes management. However, for individuals with blood type O and diabetes, it's generally recommended to follow a well-balanced, diabetes-friendly diet. Here are some dietary guidelines that may be beneficial: 1. **Carbohydrate Management:** Monitor your carbohydrate intake and choose complex carbohydrates like whole grains, legumes, and vegetables. Limit or avoid refined sugars and processed foods. 2. **Protein:** Opt for lean protein sources like skinless poultry, fish, lean cuts of beef or pork, tofu, and legumes. Protein can help stabilize blood sugar levels. 3. **Healthy Fats:** Incorporate sources of healthy fats, such as avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil, in moderation. 4. **Fiber:** Foods rich in fiber, like vegetables, whole grains, and legumes, can help regulate blood sugar levels and promote a feeling of fullness. 5. **Portion Control:** Be mindful of portion sizes to manage calorie intake and blood sugar levels effectively. 6. **Regular Meals:** Consistency in meal timing and portion sizes is important for blood sugar control. Don't skip meals, and consider eating smaller, balanced meals throughout the day. 7. **Blood Sugar Monitoring:** Regularly monitor your blood sugar levels and work with a healthcare provider or a registered dietitian to create a personalized diabetes management plan. It's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian who can provide guidance tailored to your specific needs and dietary preferences. Individualized diabetes management plans are more effective than generalized dietary recommendations based on blood type.
