    On the type A blood diet,There are fish that I suggested for consumption it is not completely vegetarian

    I have practice the blood type diet for many years and I have to say that I have benefited from it immensely I practice yoga I do very light weight training and my muscle tone is really good, so I have to say that this diet has a lot of efficacy convert of course that’s my opinion

    Nope calories in vs calories out I do high Volume eating myself I'm almost 40 years old and I lost 40 pounds this year 🔥💯

    It works so well for me. I have the Lou Gehrig's gene and a slow MTHFR. Finding my best proteins and my best and most highly beneficial folate and riboflavin rich foods helps it keep from expressing

    I hope this comes off the way I mean for it to, but thank you for not fluffing this up in either direction. I know you are not one to do that but I have been running into an increased amount of fluff and nonsense while trying to do my own amateur level research so I appreciate it
