The Best Diet for O Blood Types to Improve Hair Health: What to Eat and What to Avoid
For those with O blood types looking to improve their hair health, it is recommended to include a lot of meat and vegetables in their diet. However, it is important to avoid consuming excessive amounts of fruit, sugar, gluten, and legumes.
🔴 Immune System and Hair Health
As an O blood type, your immune system is generally efficient at fighting off infections. However, if your immune system is compromised, you are at a higher risk for developing autoimmune disorders, such as seborrheic dermatitis or alopecia areata. It is important to note that alopecia areata can progress into totalis or universalis, which can be a severe condition. Additionally, O blood types may have a higher incidence of telogen effluvium.

    I improved my hair by doing these: Including more and more vitaminC from orange, lemon, and kiwi, 7-8 hrs of enough sleep everyday, have nuts such as almonds, walnuts, or peanuts in limited, you can also have fish like salmon. Exercise at least 30 mins daily. Using mild, pure oil, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by liitleextra coconion twice a week. All this is good to control hair fall.

    I'm type O but I don't think I could ever stop eating sugar. I have a keen taste for it and meat. Vegetables not so much. Usually only get sinus infections, but sometimes food poisoning from places like panda express that I don't go to anymore.

    This video is not complete , Dairy products are also bad for O , fruits are good for blood type O (depend on which fruits like prunes are very good for O) some are neutral and some bad , Sea foods also are very good for O especialy wild fish

    I have O negative blood. It's weird because i feel like i have phenominal immune system, because I've never been sick with anything other than a cold and a few flus through out my entire life and I'll be 36 this year. Ive never broken any bones. Ive only been to the emergency room 3 times in my whole life, and they were all for cuts i had gotten. However, im confused because i feel like my body is capable of keeping me uncompromised. And yet, i have been fighting hair loss since i was young. And it's absolutely devastating. My issues with hair loss have to mean that my overall health is not as good as i thought it was. And i know there's got to be something about my lifestyle that does not help it. For instance I've been smoking cigarettes since i was 13. And some other bad habits as well. But diet, if it really is one of these bad lifestyle chioces it would be nice to hear more from you, maybe in a full length video.

    Hello I’m Ab positive… I have dealt with telegen effluvium a few times - after my pregnancy and in 2021 I lost 70% of my hair after I had covid really badly … it has grown back quite a lot but I’m scared it’s thinner … my ferratin is 50 and that’s after and infusion 6 months ago… please do a video on AB positive diet for hair please 🙏

    Is rosemary and saw palmetto enough to grow thinning hair. Am thinning at 43 was using dermoroller and some essentials oils but my hair has thinned rapidly in last 6 months. And now when the light shines can see through the scalp.

    Im an O blood type and after 7 years Im JUST accepting the reality that a vegetarian diet is not good for me. Could never go full vegan for more than a few weeks but vegetarian also has racked my body and health. Now Im doing the Carnivore Diet to gain back health and control.

    When my hair started thinning at 30 years old, I never ever had so many females interested in me, even males sometimes. It's no big deal. People are attracted to you because of your confidence and good energy vibes. Hair is all about your ego. People with big egos are very unattractive. Love yourself first and you will find lots more love.

    @@WilliamGaunitzTrichologist I’m also O blood type and I simply can’t eat meat that much, because I get digestion problems, but I like meat and especially beef, lamb and fish. But I do have that issues with seborrheic dermatitis apparently because of sugar, gluten and fruits… What about milk and dairy products?

    @@wander570 okay so black people have very different biophysiologies, anatomical structures internally and bio molecular chemistry all which tell us we need different fuel to survive, just like a gorilla and a chimp, a chameleon and and a Green Anole , a parrot 🦜 and a owl 🦉 have all different diets within their specie, so do we, we have big lips and wide/long jaws, the big lips is so we can extract juice from fruits and they have small lips better suited for eating meats, their hydrochloric acid is strong enough to break down meat with enzymes and turn it into proteins, we don’t even have the ability to digest meat because our Hydrochloric acid is not strong, our hydrochloric acid is strong enough to eat fruits and veggies, Nuts, Seeds. We also have a tropical skeleton, So with that being said we are suited and designed to eat only fruits, Certain Raw organic Veggies like Collard Greens and sprouts. And fruits that are organic , preferably tropical fruits. if you start eating based on your genetics, your DNA will repair and all your physiological properties and features will come back into homeostasis again, The reason you have Alopecia arreata is because there’s mucus buildup clogging the hair follicles of yours from source and therefore your hair doesn’t show up there, you need to eliminate that mucus which comes from Eating Meat, Dairy, Gluten and GMOs, You want to eat Fruits most of the time, There’s certain oils Like batana oil and herbs like Peppermint, Fenugreek, Nestle and burdock root which you should pick some trough your own liking and research and start implementing them into your repair , I can tell you are addicted to meat and dairy and that’s normal, you have some work to do but it’s time to get started without any expectations but the expectation of upgrade, you should not worry bout the final result but actually only worry about getting started and staying consistent, because you have put yourself into the obstacle in which you are in, it’s important that you embark on a 7 Day Juice/Tea Fast followed by 2-3 Days Of Dry Fast or Implementation Of herbal Teas If necessary.
