The Benefits of Red & Near Infrared Light
Exposure to UV light has numerous health benefits, including vitamin D production, enhanced skin barrier functionality, and mood regulation. UV light is used in medical treatments for various diseases.
Lack of UV light exposure is linked to diseases such as cancer, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes. Red and near-infrared light also provide benefits, such as improved hair growth, skin health, circulation, and reduced inflammation and pain.
Research studies show that red light therapy can reduce blood glucose levels, increase ATP production, improve vision, and rejuvenate the skin. Going outside and getting sunlight is a free and effective way to reap these benefits.
Overall, exposure to UV and red/near-infrared light has significant implications for overall health and well-being.

I'm from Edinburgh Scotland UK. I think you are the most clever person I've ever come across. I think you could only help more by saying what is safe to eat when you have more than one autoimmune condition.Gerd coeliac depression IBS insomnia anxiety is what I suffer from. All been diagnosed since October last year.

@@Maria-uw1wq No I only just got diagnosed in October last year and I am trying to figure out what I can eat I bought the book no grain no pain. I only had a trace amount of coeliac in my blood and I am hopeful that if I stick to gluten free organic products I will get better soon. I had my biopsy done 31st December and I was told 3 weeks ago to stop eating the gluten now because of the results. I'm struggling with things to eat because I'm not a clever cook I used to buy frozen food reheat in oven with chips and veggies and that was my go to with 4 kids and no one else to help me. I'm guessing carnivore is all meat and I have quite high cholesterol but it's come right down since I stopped eating gluten and so has my weight. I'm now 10:3 from 13 stone in September last year. The Gerd stomach is bubbling up through the night and it's been putting me off eating and drinking anything. Water and boiled chicken and steamed veggies is all I have ate in weeks now and it's making me feel really low in my mood. Thanks for your help all help is appreciated.

I notice how the sun when partially obscured by real clouds has a distinct sharp edge to its disk but if sprayed the sun is just a blurry bright area through the clouds. And the "sun dogs" rainbow balls. In 25 years there wont be anyone alive who would know that's not natural.

Why does my blood pressure go up when I do 7 minutes of Red Light Therapy? Now, I have started to do only 2 minutes a day. What about Macular Degeneration?
Dr. Osborne I discovered you recently searching for potassium issues and your videos are excellent.
