This Knowledge Is Important!
MTHFR is a gene in our body that produces an important form of folate called methylfolate. Having a genetic variation in this gene doesn't mean you have a disease, but it can make you more sensitive to certain things. For example, if you have the variation, you should avoid laughing gas and be cautious with medications like methotrexate.
Dr. Osborne is joined by Dr. Ben Lynch, the best-selling author of Dirty Genes and President of Seeking Health, a company that helps educate both the public and health professionals on how to overcome genetic dysfunction. He received his doctorate in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University.
It's important to know your genetic variation and take steps to support your enzyme's function. Eating leafy greens and eggs can help, and you can check your homocysteine levels to monitor your health. Remember, having the variation doesn't mean you're sick, but it's important to take care of your body!

We just have to live with the hand we’re dealt. I’m sensitive to gluten, and have the MTHFR mutation. I’m gluten free, take Dr Osborne’s. Vitamins, and just got off my thyroid med. I’ll be 56 this year, and (now) take zero prescription meds! Listen to Dr Osborne, and do your research. You have to manage your own health! I appreciate these videos SO much! Thanks again! 😊🙏💕
Thank you for everything
3 weeks ago he posted the original, this is outake or continuation. MTHFR mutations was title
Ya know if I stop taking folate after couple days.. I feel bad....off..it 100% helped my blood work , blood sugar ,mood and white blood red blood cells. I think if id known earlier in life I could have saved some dental and eye issues..

Yes my OBGYN tested me was low he told me to buy real Folate since the so-called folate in bread is not real folate, I forget to take if not right in my eye sight, I believe most B vitamins are necessary but not after you’ve been on a carnivore way of eating since red meat contains most B vitamins
To me a trauma changes chemical processes within the body
Great video.
The interesting thing is like by this one woman I cannot have any daily light when I get as sick as I am now thank you
I love making my own stuff
Superb Thank you doctor. ❤ from INDIA.

Wow. Yep red face for years. Thx
Please make a video on what you think about infoceuticals, like NES. Thank you.
Why I am fine when it turns to be an afternoon light I noticed this already after the vaccine
How can one find out if they have this gene? Genetic testing? Which one?
What are they talking about and who is ben lynch. Would be nice to have an introduction of who this dr. Is and just a brief rundown on what this mutation is. Im lost
Ok if I listen John Campbell I know as I also have all my heart issues from the day of vaccine before I felt healthy it must be coming even after more than 2 years from it all us similar like by other patients today I ask up nearly blind but hearing in the morning now I am better off few hours after but having an abnormal brain fog headache thank you it us the vaccine
Isn't it merely about under- or - overmethylation ?!¿ The same for COMT...
Thank you it might appear a nonsense but I noticed other seem to have also this issue after the vaccine
I have lipomas there is something that can do? Or the surgery is the only solution ? I stoped them with diet, i have zero new ones. But the old ones are not going away
It us our life style
Hi Dr Osborne. Should you take Vitamin D3 with K2. Ive read that you shouldn't,?? Could you please tell me if this is correct. I watch all your Amazing videos. Thank you. Also,should you take Calcium tablets if your liw bone density. ❤

My understanding is if your taking d3 you need a,k2 and E..also calcium isn't what make Strong bones it's minerals..so making sure you have a good sea salt throughout your day and there are other supplements but calcium does not make strong bones
@lf7065

You want to combine D3 with K2 and magnesium for proper absorption. What makes bones strong is resistance exercise.
@BeachBum71261

It’s something about not taking them at the exact same time. K2 helps d3 get to where it’s going. The bones maybe. But to take them with a gap between I’m not sure if k2 is fat or water soluble but taking d3 with fat at say breakfast and then taking k2 with lunch

I looked it up "What is an MTHFR mutation? Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) is an enzyme that breaks down the amino acid homocysteine. If the MTHFR gene that codes for this enzyme mutates, it may contribute to a variety of health conditions ranging from depression to some cancers". I'm none the wiser! 🤣🤣🤣
