This Knowledge Is Important!

MTHFR is a gene in our body that produces an important form of folate called methylfolate. Having a genetic variation in this gene doesn't mean you have a disease, but it can make you more sensitive to certain things. For example, if you have the variation, you should avoid laughing gas and be cautious with medications like methotrexate.
Dr. Osborne is joined by Dr. Ben Lynch, the best-selling author of Dirty Genes and President of Seeking Health, a company that helps educate both the public and health professionals on how to overcome genetic dysfunction. He received his doctorate in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University.
It's important to know your genetic variation and take steps to support your enzyme's function. Eating leafy greens and eggs can help, and you can check your homocysteine levels to monitor your health. Remember, having the variation doesn't mean you're sick, but it's important to take care of your body!

We just have to live with the hand we’re dealt. I’m sensitive to gluten, and have the MTHFR mutation. I’m gluten free, take Dr Osborne’s. Vitamins, and just got off my thyroid med. I’ll be 56 this year, and (now) take zero prescription meds! Listen to Dr Osborne, and do your research. You have to manage your own health! I appreciate these videos SO much! Thanks again! 😊🙏💕

Yes my OBGYN tested me was low he told me to buy real Folate since the so-called folate in bread is not real folate, I forget to take if not right in my eye sight, I believe most B vitamins are necessary but not after you’ve been on a carnivore way of eating since red meat contains most B vitamins

My understanding is if your taking d3 you need a,k2 and E..also calcium isn't what make Strong bones it's minerals..so making sure you have a good sea salt throughout your day and there are other supplements but calcium does not make strong bones

It’s something about not taking them at the exact same time. K2 helps d3 get to where it’s going. The bones maybe. But to take them with a gap between I’m not sure if k2 is fat or water soluble but taking d3 with fat at say breakfast and then taking k2 with lunch

If the MTHFR gene that codes for this enzyme mutates, it may contribute to a variety of health conditions ranging from depression to some cancers". I'm none the wiser! 🤣🤣🤣
