Autoimmune Disease and Candida: The Hidden Connection Revealed

Think you might be gluten sensitive? Take the quiz:
www.glutenfreesociety.org/glu...
Autoimmune diseases are conditions where the body's immune system mistakenly attacks its own cells and tissues. They have been on the rise for many years, and there are several factors that may contribute to this increase.
One of the factors is the overgrowth of a type of yeast called Candida. Antibiotic use and high consumption of carbohydrates, especially wheat-based products, have been linked to the increase in autoimmune diseases.
Candida overgrowth can cause symptoms such as vaginal yeast infections, oral thrush, toenail fungus, digestive issues, joint pain, sleep disturbances, and hormone imbalances. Alcohol consumption, mold exposure, and malnutrition can contribute to Candida overgrowth.
It's important to note that Candida is a normal part of our gut microbiome, but certain triggers can cause it to grow excessively and contribute to autoimmune diseases.

I struggled with candida for twelve years. I tried all the diets but nothing worked until I gave up ALL sugars and carbs. I switched to the Carnivore diet and have been candida free for two-years now. And by the way, my diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, gum disease, chemical sensitivities, and on and on -- everything either went away or normalized. I love this way of eating. I'm 75 and will never go back to eating plants. 100% meat, eggs, butter, salt, and water for me!

@@tyrell8316 My gum disease was bad. Many pockets and bleeding gums when I brushed or flossed. I switched to Carnivore two years ago. About a year ago, maybe longer, I noticed that my gums would no longer bleed no matter how much I flossed. Additionally, my wife says I no longer have morning breath, my tongue is never coated white anymore so no need for the tongue scraper, and my teeth are always silky smooth. In fact, I gave up brushing about a year ago. I went to my dentist recently. He said my teeth looked great (of course I am missing a bunch of teeth from former sugar/grain abuse, but given the circumstances...) , that he had never seen such a gum disease reversal without dental intervention. Hope this helps.

I'd say that's a good thing you want your immune system to activate to get rid of spike protien. Try fasting it helps autophagy and treat natto with cayenne pepper to protect your blood. Unless you're already on thinners then don't. As they really do thin the blood while also helping healthy clotting protecting vessels. Your body clears shut out constantly if you let it do its job. It's autoimmune when there isn't a pathogen to be attacked spike orotien is a pathogen so it's immune not autoimmune cos its trying to get rid of the invasion ...helo is as much as you can.

boot camp and pain creates endorphins I sometimes get the urge when things have been very comfortable comfortable a long time to just get stung by nettles and lie down on rocks and I always feel like the rocks hit all the right pressure points. Nothing like going up a mountain getting stings and sleeping on stones under you and being tired and wet and cold and miserable and then still having to put up your tent and light a fire befire you can even have a warm drink. I wouldnt say army boot camp because that's pretty mad full on. But going camping a few times of year and experiencing that thing..whats it called...hormesis... eating bitter flavours like dandelion leaves and bitter greens like chicory... going out in the cold weather for a walk and just warming up from excercise instead of from outside heating. Overdoing it in the garden ...not eating for a while sometimes when you're hungry and can wait and experience a little hunger. Just a little discomfort can increase endorphins. And cold showers or just cold splash of water on hands face feet if you cant manage it fully. All of that helps pain reduce so much for me.

Go carnivore and use artemisinin and lumbrokinase to kill the bacteria. Works for everyone that does it. Herxheimer reaction can be tough, so sufficient electrolytes will be required.

I also noticed the cluster B personality disorders (and also O.D.D.) people make it a habit to eat massive amount of yeast and sugar at every meal. zero sugar sodas probably being the worst offender in causing the pregnant looking men LOL I knew a guy who turned out to be a sociopath and I remember how much he smelled like a hot bakery 😩😩😩🤣
