What Dr. Osborne says about removing all grains is true. I was gluten free for over 5 years and still had symptoms until I purchased his book and then removed all grains, corn, dairy, and night shade vegetables. Now I have been symptom free for the most part for over 7 years. However, I have celiac disease because of the genetic gene pattern and eating gluten until I was in my 70’s. Please deal with this now so you don’t end up with my problem of celiac and osteoporosis. You can avoid it.

Can you eat gluten free bread?

  • @danagilkison1087

@@underated17 In most cases, no I cannot because most contain rice flour for texture and falsely advertise that the product is gluten free. My DNA sensitivity does not differentiate among the different types of gluten and most grains if not all contain some form of gluten along with corn. Gluten is gluten as far as my sensitivity goes so I have to remain grainfree because of that. I had a great product that did not contain rice flour but then that product changed in order to change the moisture content so now I cannot eat that either. Most bread mixes and bread products also contain potato starch which is a problem for me but if that is the only ingredient that is a problem, I can occasionally eat a bread that contains no other problem ingredients. Rice is the big problem for me in these bread products advertised as Glutenfree.

Got rid of terrible arthritis in my hands and wrists by switching to mostly grass fed meat, beginning in Jan. '23. Stopped grains and sugar, lessened nuts, quit snacking on most processed food, stopped beer, less fruit and veggies. Now two meals a day is easy, with no eating in between. When pigging out on meat, it's easy to stay full much longer and no cravings. Best diet I've found and I enjoy it very much. Sorry vegetarians. I have zero advice for you other than give it up and eat meat. I'm 65 and am enjoying almost perfect health now. And massive amounts of energy.

Sugar: 30 years ago I was extremely unwell with severe allergies. I noticed that in the supermarket as I walked down the aisle with the sugar in, the smell from the sugar was overpoweringly awful. I had never noticed it before, and am not affected by it now. I am so grateful to be GF, I don’t need a biopsy to tell me I have celiac disease. I do not eat the processed gf foods, very rarely. The only grain I eat is quinoa, which never affects me. I avoid corn, gluten, and all other grains like the plaque. I have half a teaspoon of sugar in all my coffees, which is still less than most people. I weigh less than 100lbs, and my doctor is concerned that I’m still losing weight not gaining. I have food allergies, eggs, tomatoes and 2 types of nuts, so avoid all. Cheese acts like gluten to me but milk doesn’t, yoghurt I’m still figuring out if i can still eat it. You are right about raw vegetables for me, I have always said that salad or raw vegetables doesn’t for anything for me, there’s no fiber, now I know that my digestive system is still healing after being glutened again. Do you know what I can eat to gain weight?

You might not have anything you like to eat and get very depressed. This video is an example of the perfect being the enemy of the good. I would follow the world's foremost expert on gluten, celiac and sensitivity, Dr Alessio Fasano. My grandson has been diagnosed celiac since he was 6 years old, his mother also. My grandson is now 19 and has been living with me since he was 12. He eats anything but gluten and feels well. I am not going to restrict an adolescent to no grains. Does Dr Osborne have any idea of what teenagers actually eat? These poor kids have to fit in with peers. I will continue following De Fasano.

I went to an art festival & ate BBQ chicken. Today I'm sick sick sick! He didn't offer any info on support groups or other resources. I need help. I'm 55 & have had problems for 44 years. I'm still seeing doctors who just want to do cheap tests & prescribe drugs...that I refuse to take. Now I'm seeing an adrenal specialist & using their therapies. It's working, along with avoiding foods that promote inflammation. I asked God for wisdom & He came through. Things are looking up. I think I see a light at the end of the tunnel! 🌤🙏

I hate videos where they tell you only what to avoid but provide not many options on what to eat. vegetable fruit meat there isn't a lot of calories there unless you are over doing the fruit and meat but there is to much sugar in fruit so eat a shit ton of meat and you didn't even mention the harms of these factory farms. Provide them knowledge of high calorie health foods they can eat for now and clarity that once the gut is healed and diverse bacteria is in place organic potatoes can be very nutritious and be eaten daily.

The only thing I can eat is when I get really sick is a warm bowl of oatmeal and it sues my stomach. I do not get sick. But I cannot eat no bread corn rice no chips at all of any sort hardly any veggies I love salads I can’t hardly eat them anymore. They just broke up in my stomach. So many things that I can’t even eat anymore without my stomach. Just getting so upset. My food limitation is down to hardly anything and I seem like that. healthy because I’m not getting the right nutrition. I’m on a very very low income thousand dollars a month. And trying to make ends meet paying my bills 70 year old woman trying to live off of that and pay my mortgage utilities everything else on that I am having a hard time. Sure my nerves hasn’t helped any. But I’ve gotten where I can’t hardly eat anything without making me sick. I was in the hospital over Nice surgery and they put me on a whole lot of antibiotics for four days I had infection through. Now I can’t eat. I don’t. I think the antibiotics did something to me.
