Hungary and Austria had a bad relationship because after the liberation from ottoman ruling, Hungary was not united and shit went south during the 48-49 revolution which was followed by a few bloody decades till 1865 when Ferenc Deák wrote the Article of Eastern which was promoting the idea for the 2 states to find a common ground and caused the birth of the monarchy and by the end of the century Ferenc Joseph became a liked figure especially as his wife Empress Elisabeth of Austria was very much loved by the Hungarian people. So the people only want to revive the Monarchy, not the Austrian ruling over Hungary.

1848-49 war of independence When we wanted independence France and UK didn't help us cuz the Habsburg Empire is needed against Russia. WWI There is no need for Austro-Hungary anymore. And we lost literlally everything. romania took 103km2 and so many countries got lands from us. 93km2 land left for us

I guess after the sudetenland got nabbed they where Hungary for revenge.

As a Hungarian I'm not proud of protecting the entire world, because they won't deserve it. All I hope, our Turkish cousins will extend the border of Turkey by uniting with Azerbaijan and Hungary, and we'll make peace soon. btw the Mediterranean sea, North-cyprus ancient Turkey land.

Yeah I hate it when you do most of the work but when the peace deal happens you are left with nothing that is worth it such as one game which as Great Britain I invaded France via Britanny and captured key cities due to France being spread thin in its borders, also captured a ton to colonies but when the peace deal occurred I was left with nothing but a puppet Serbia which was useless.
