I loved that bit. It really comes through how much Conan has taken on a comedy mentor role for Taylor. That kind of thing always chokes me up a little, because the presence of a respected figure in your creative/professional life who recognizes and genuinely believes in your talent can make a huge difference in how you face challenges and meet your potential. Taylor's awesome and likeable in any case, but these past couple years she really has been batting a thousand.

the thing i respect most about comedians is they can hold a conversation whilst always keeping potential bits in the back of their mind. when i'm talking to someone, i have trouble ensuring that everything i'm saying are real words

I adore Taylor Tomlinson and her comedy. She is so funny and is constantly out there killing it. I'm also always happy when her and Conan are together because they seem to complement each other's comedy really well.

Always rooting for Taylor. Found her during pandemic, been a fan ever since. Later realized she toured w/ Conan and heard all his praises and felt like, yep, I'm rooting for this one❤

All that's left after this is to get Conan on After Midnight Just the Talk Show Portion alone would be worth it

@@ApemanMonkey You haven't really watched it all if you don't know about the tiny couch. Or that Weird Al was on it. And the whole Handsome pod. Tig Notaro at her best, making chaos. It's an awesome show if you're a really big fan of stand-up comedy.

These are the real comedians. They can have a real conversation without having to make a punch line every other sentence, yet they're just naturally hilarious at moments. I'm SO thrilled Taylor is doing so well, she just seems like such a deserving person of all the hard work she's done over the last 10-15 years. We need more comics, especially women, like her! Conan has really amazed me too. Still hilarious yet has matured in a lovely way.

So happy for Taylor. We grew up in the same hometown, and I’m glad she’s attained so much success

People say "never meet your hero", but if you are a tv show host, a comedian or some kind and you consider Conan as someone to look up to, I guess you should definitely meet him. This is the third time I've seen him praised other show hosts (it was Jimmy Fallon & Sean Evans before). He seems like a great guy irl.

Last Friday I was watching After Midnight and suddenly thought "oh I hope Conan invites her to the podcast soon!"... so... now thinking I should have added "... and I win the lottery over the weekend!" 😢

Loved the max show conan! Hope to see a second season in the works soon.

I really wish Conan was real. He's the most perfect AI robot the government has ever produced❤

I became a fan of Taylor from after midnight. then watch almost every appearance on late night shows and her specials. she's really good.

Taylor is one of those people that when i watch her i can't help but think, man i wish i could meet her, we'd be really good friends. Then reality comes back in. She's great.

After Midnight is the best US panel show I have seen. Great way to introduce comedians from all over.

Truth be told, Taylor’s stuff didn’t really cross my mind for the longest time, even when she was on Conan. But then After Midnight just showed off how cool she is and her standup specials just reinforced that.

This is the best. Conan, an ol' seasoned Late Night Host; and Taylor Tomlinson, a budding Late Night Host.

He had an op to say "Robin Williams" or some other, but turned her question back to pimping her - that shows character, he is HERE NOW for the guest

Ahh I saw them in Chicago! Immediately my sister and I laughed so hard at her relatability to growing up a religious girl. The best.

When I was a kid, there was this show called Charlies Angels (yes I'm that old now) and the first season of Charlies Angels included three young looking ladies. It was the fall of 1976 and I was in single digits. I remember reading about them and looking at pics of them in magazines and one magazine showed what was essentially their head shots, and both Kate Jackson and Jaclyn Smith were in their twenties but Farrah Fawcett Majors was 30. The big three-oh, and I was shocked! Cuz she didn't look that old. Granted, I grew up and realized as I approached 30 myself that 30's not really that old, but when I got to 30, that image of Farrah Fawcett Majors sorta haunted me. Thirty. The big three-oh. I had arrived. Now I'm almost twice that, and looking at Taylor Tomlinson and she' s ONLY THIRTY YEARS OLD which is NOTHING. She's still a young adult from my perspective now.

Taylor is an amazing guest on talk shows, she's so quick and clever, she can take anything said to her and turn it into comedy gold. She's a great comedian and I love her comedy, but as a guest she's one of the best in the field. Most need stories or set ups, but she is at her top form even when just responding to whatever comes up at the moment.

For some reason I scrolled down to see the comment section and just cracked up at all the account with the picture of someone's ass as their avatar. Nothing screams 'Real Account' like the picture of an ass. XD

It comes out in clips on KZread, allegedly because of their deal with SiriusXM, but you can listen to it for free anywhere you can get podcasts.

It would be great if his first episode was 9 months before she was born.

I'm not much for stand up, but Taylor is one out a few exceptions.

How is it that I don't remember anything she's been in, but I feel like I'm already familiar with her? Why does her name sound so familiar? Read her wiki, I haven't seen anything she's done. Maybe I remember her from stand up on Conan subconsciously.

I really wasn't certain how I'd feel about her tv show, but I've watched a lot of it now, and it's very good. She's great at it, and the guests are mostly very funny. Plus, Tom Lennon's not rubbing his a** all over it yet, so that helps.

I tried to watch her show when it first came out (I'd never heard of her before) and found the game show with the comedians format annoying. I'd like to see here do an actual talk show!

I hope the network gives her a chance to make it over that early hump in the road for late night hosts to find their demographics. It takes 2-3 years? Seen way too many people get yanked off the air way too soon.

Being a guest on Conan's pod is a piece of cake, he does all of the damn talking. She barely got 3 words in.
