Accomplishments: 1. Went to a secret private Doctor school (not in the United States) 2. Did graduate at the top 100% of his class. 3. Gives excellent first opinion for any medical thing 4. Goes to the patient instead of patients going to him 5. Often meets at restaurants to make sure the patients (and he) eats healthy 6. Excellent use of restaurant washroom to keep himself spick and span, (believes in saving water) 7. Has a lot of time. 8. Always available. 9. Charges $19 for consultation (will return the change too) 10. IR doesn't know a thing about him and he would like to keep it that way. 11. Gets better everyday 12. Respects the Hippopotamus oath. 13. Conan is alive because of him. 14. Most affordable doctor. 15. Commutes by bus as he believes in efficient pubic* transportation.

I was a patient of Dr. Arroyo, and I can vouch for his legitimacy. I came to him with a fractured leg, and he told me that I "was made of sterner stuff." Additionally, he reminded me that sticks and stones may break my bones, but words could never hurt me. It really boosted my morale! My leg is kind of crooked now and sort of just dangling there, but I got a major confidence boost! And only for $10.99!

I just love it when doctors have a sense of humor, use it, apply it and appreciate it. My doctor at Hopkins when I was 9 not only saved my life because he went to "doctor school" but also because he spent time with me, we told jokes back n forth, played card games, read books and of course had heart to heart talks. I loved that man and God bless his wife and family (I say this because many times he had to be pulled away from her and them to be there in an emergency situation) for us. He could only invite a small number of patients to his retirement party and I felt honored that me and my family were one of those. You could pick us out in this very prestigious black tie event because my family was the one wearing jeans... 😂 You know who you are Dr. Blank blank of pediatric allergy/immunology, my family and I are forever grateful! ♥️ So speaking on behalf of patients - thank you dear physician for all that you do. Don't think what you do goes unappreciated because those of us who lived - never forget what you've done for us. Much love to you and yours! ❤ (Yes I know this 'doctor' in the video is a writer of Conans and this is a bit, lol. I'm speaking directly to the gentleman who left this comment. 😊)

Conan steamrolled Hot Ones (in the best possible way), and Dr. Arroyo really brought the entire thing to another level. Conan managed to have multiple running gags throughout the show, was an absolute psycho with the hottest hot sauces, and somehow managed to be thoughtful and interesting while also rubbing hot sauce on his nipples. Conan is the GOAT host in general and easily one of the best Hot Ones guests of all time, if not #1.
