Dr. Arroyo is an amazing doctor. He help to deliver my baby last week. I don't have a wife, and I didn't know i had got somone pregnant. But he delivery the baby at my house, said the baby was kinda healthy, gave me bottle of rum to help me sleep at night if the baby cries and also 50 dollar bill. Thank you so much, doctor. The rum is fantastic

I have watched this more times than I care to admit. But it makes me so happy. Like a comical lullaby.

Dr. Arroyo saved my life. I showed up at his clinic (Chili's) with a rash, and he nearly leapt over his table to perform CPR on me. I did not even know my heart had stopped, and I was very surprised to learn that CPR is done with karate chops. Needless to say, my rash went away four weeks later. I'm only able to write this comment today thanks to his extensive training at doctor school.

What makes this bit work is that Conan plays it straight. While Sona is cracking up, Conan continues to act as if he's having a legitimate conversation with his doctor. Both make a brilliant team and I love that Conan knows when to be the clown and when to let others shine

Whenever Conan is about to finish his line, he will often look up directly at Arrojo or nod his head of point at him, and Arrojo will do the same thing with his eyebrows or other quick gestures or putting the accent on specific words. The very first bit they do about the name of the clinic is a simple example of that. As per Sona's "character", I mean no offense to her, but her job is to just sit there and laugh.

The more times I listen to it, I feel that this might be the greatest 20- minutes of improv master class of all time. And great job by Matt and Sona too.

I was a patient of Dr. Arroyo, and I can vouch for his legitimacy. I came to him with a fractured leg, and he told me that I "was made of sterner stuff." Additionally, he reminded me that sticks and stones may break my bones, but words could never hurt me. It really boosted my morale! My leg is kind of crooked now and sort of just dangling there, but I got a major confidence boost! And only for $10.99!

This guy has been Conans, producer and writer for 18 years… Absolutely brilliant character

I don't know if he actually has a lazy eye or can do that on purpose, but it's a major boost to the character.

Dr. Arroyo is the epitome of what a great doctor should be. I waited FOUR months for an appointment with my primary. Took a day off from work to make it! He calls out. And I'm rescheduled a month out. Dr. Arroyo! I've got $19! Name the restaurant!

I'm a longtime fan of Conan and generally chuckle when listening to his podcast these days...but THIS banter between the two of them had me literally laughing out loud the entire time. Full on belly laughs. Love this guy!!!!

I just love it when doctors have a sense of humor, use it, apply it and appreciate it. My doctor at Hopkins when I was 9 not only saved my life because he went to "doctor school" but also because he spent time with me, we told jokes back n forth, played card games, read books and of course had heart to heart talks. I loved that man and God bless his wife and family (I say this because many times he had to be pulled away from her and them to be there in an emergency situation) for us. He could only invite a small number of patients to his retirement party and I felt honored that me and my family were one of those. You could pick us out in this very prestigious black tie event because my family was the one wearing jeans... 😂 You know who you are Dr. Blank blank of pediatric allergy/immunology, my family and I are forever grateful! ♥️ So speaking on behalf of patients - thank you dear physician for all that you do. Don't think what you do goes unappreciated because those of us who lived - never forget what you've done for us. Much love to you and yours! ❤ (Yes I know this 'doctor' in the video is a writer of Conans and this is a bit, lol. I'm speaking directly to the gentleman who left this comment. 😊)

Dr. Arroyo needs to be on monthly to do staff "checkups." Better yet, a Dr. Arroyo podcast where he gives "medical advice" to callers! Let all that doctor schooling finally pay off!

It's not a doctor school, it is Doctorschool-auf-mainkopf, in southern Bavaria. Famous for its mountain springs rich in sulfur, known cure for hiccups and leprosy. Jud Geschooll is the Prime Minister of Holland.

I love that they played the entire thing completely straight. Classic comedy improv right here folks.

Dr Arroyo can perform any kind of surgery. It always starts with surgery and ends with an autopsy.

i think one of the best answers was in the hot ones when Conan asks 'are you even a real doctor' and he answers 'I should be' XD

This brilliantly funny bit has hit 1,000,000 views in just 12, maybe 11, days since it was put online! Way to make record breaking comedy bits, Conan, Jose, Sona, Matt and crew!

This is 1,000% the best yes-and improv I've ever seen. They move the comedy so well together and is just pure master-class.

Dude, when he said "Up?!" I realized this guy is almost as funny as Conan.

This needs to be an ongoing bit. Bring him in as different characters. Conan’s personal mechanic, chef, yoga instructor, etc.. He delivered laughter to over 9 million people which honestly makes him more accomplished as a doctor than most. ❤

He doesn't break character the entire time - it's so great to see Dr. Arroyo talk more about experiences after having gone through doctor school.

I totally understand why Conan chose this guy to work with lol! They work so well together!!!

Just like the Kevin Nealon video, we are going to watch it 20 times at least right!

Conan steamrolled Hot Ones (in the best possible way), and Dr. Arroyo really brought the entire thing to another level. Conan managed to have multiple running gags throughout the show, was an absolute psycho with the hottest hot sauces, and somehow managed to be thoughtful and interesting while also rubbing hot sauce on his nipples. Conan is the GOAT host in general and easily one of the best Hot Ones guests of all time, if not #1.
