Tai Chi for Beginners 02 “Balance and Flow”
Tai Chi Chuan is about balance and flow. In this episode we’ve added the following Tai Chi Chaun movement patterns: “Golden Rooster Stands on One Leg,” “Wave Hands like Clouds,” and “Repulse Monkey.” An emphasis is placed on increasing balance and flow throughout the movements. Thank you Dr Daniel & Veronica so much for showing so clearly and the explanation is great: I really appreciate what you have done .❤️
Thank you so much for teaching Tai Chi with such clear and easy to follow instructions!! I have been practicing with many different teachers and videos and yours is the BEST!!!
Thank you for the clear and easy instruction, I think it really helps people who cannot reach to a class to practice at home!
I remember doing this style & pattern many years ago in my first year of College (Dr. Wu was my professor). I really enjoyed it! Thank you for bringing me back!
Thank you, Dr. Daniel Hoover and Veronica, for helping me practice Tai Chi again, especially during the reclusion we are going through, because of the corona virus virus. 🌟🙏

Fantastic, very concice and informative. I should have studied Tai chi chuan when learning the Tai chi healing arts with Professor Chi Soo, many years ago but I'm back on track now, so many thanks for your help.
Excellent instruction. I love this series
Grazie. Thanks. I'm learning it by myself and it makes me more calm and relaxed.
Remarkable explanation of.. tai chi.. Balance and movement. Are basic principles...... Do all things meditatively... Dancing arts in india is similarly with this . In army slow March is good example
I had been looking at DVDs for the slow step by step instruction a beginner needs, this looks like it... I would like to learn the cycle of movements to do daily since I am not working now. This seems to be the only instruction I have seem to enable a viewer to understand the movement and, the purpose.
Thank you so much Dr.and Veronica .. great explanation and truly appreciate it 🙏..for teaching us..
