Support Court-Child support to custodial parent

Комедия

Emilia brings Shannon to Court for child support of their child. Shannon believes since Emilia makes more money and "wanted the child more" than she did, Amelia should not receive child support from her? Is her rationale correct?

I live in Louisiana. My oldest daughter lived with my ex husband until she finished high school. I paid child support based on my potential income at the time. I was looking for a job at the time. I ended up finding a job. I paid child support until her 19th birthday. He paid for the 3 children that live with me. He earned 5x more than me. The child support was calculated fairly and worked out well for us. Just take care of your children. Don’t be a deadbeat.

@@micki_cam5740 well the mother could change to what type of festival she goes. there are enough options that are also friendly to a child. I mean she is there (in her words) to work. Not only music but also other festivals if it's stage/theater make up/ hair she wants to do.

You know how woman had to fight for their rights. Men need to get together and fight for a change in divorce and child support court. It's way uneven in America. There are so many women that will take out their anger on aman by making it completely miserable to see their children. If a man wants to see his kids without drama he has to pay a lawyer a ton of money, meanwhile the mom is not paying a dime to get the child support. A woman who truly loves their child would not interfere with father child relationship.

So essentially, what she is trying to dance around because she is WELL AWARE of how it makes her look, is that she didn't give birth to the child, and doesn't see the child as hers, and thus doesn't feel any real sense of responsibility towards the child. She wants out.

Okay, this one really pissed me off! Why would the judge suggest that a 3yr old be taken to a music festival where people get trashed and party all day/night? Then say to the other parents concerned, "I don't think so," well, it may not be a safe environment , but you wanted support, so you asked for this and UNTIL something terrible happens to your child, you can't say anything. This is my biggest fear when establishing visitation with my son's father and I'd lose my god damned mind if a judge said this to me, referring to my child's potential lack of safety. How dare you!!!
