My first son was a boy. And his biological father left us because he wasn't a girl. He said my body was trash because I made a boy. To me I was happy to have a boy. The way he wanted a girl so badly creeps me out til this day. But my son is 13 now and I'm happily married since he was 6 months old and my husband adopted him (diff person)💕 ❤️ 💗 he has been asking questions and is hurt. The whole side of that family disowns him except his Aunt, who has fought to be in his life for 8 years now. It's a little awkward for me,but it's not about me. I think his aunt is amazing. She was the only one who had any compassion for me and my son.

I have never seen a Mother this detached from her child. Wow.

I am a Mom of 3. Our youngest son was granted custody to us from the judge when he was 4 months old. He is now 18. His birth parents were ordered to pay child support to us. We never saw a dime. FF to 2012, I received a letter from Child Support Court. Stating that we could go back to court and continue fighting over $ we knew neither one of them had. My son who was 9 at the time asked me to just drop the case, because in his words, "Mom, all my needs are met and so,are my wants." Coincidentally my 1st husband and I divorced after 20 years of marriage. I never asked for a dime from him either. My ex-husband and I are still the best of friends and co-parent beautifully. I remarried in 2013, and lost my husband in 2018.

I truly feel for this baby. This is what happens when you force children on people who do not actually want children.

Yea people are upset with her but no one is taking in to account she expressed she didn’t want the baby before the baby was born… she shouldn’t be forced to pop the child out and then need to pay for the baby. He wanted the baby he knew what it was. It’s sad for the baby boy but not every female wants that lifestyle. Her rights weren’t taken into account before or after the baby was born.

Why is it ok for a woman and not the man? Some guys tell the woman they dont want kids and the woman goes ahead and has it anyway and put guy on child support. It should be the same for both parents, shared responsibility once the kids born. Its a shame the kids get caught up in the middle.

Let's keep it 100. Some 'brothers' think that ANY race/ethnicity is better than their own when it comes to women. He got what he deserved. I feel sorry for the child though. Bum mums are a different kettle of fish. This video has a woman who was guilted into completing a pregnancy that she wanted to terminate, has issues surrounding gender which are probably trauma based, and didn't argue against paying child support. He wanted to force her to spend time with a child she didn't want to have. Why? Does he need some time off? He can ask family to babysit. Does he want the child to get to know their other parent? Kids can tell when adults don't want to be around them, and that's traumatic. Does Dad want to force Mum to remain in dad's life? Most likely scenario. I'd consider a woman who gets pregnant so they don't have to work, can get more social security financial support, to be a bum mum. A woman who's endured an entire pregnancy they didn't want, goes through labour, and then walks away from the baby, that is a woman who's in an abusive relationship and wants to GTFO of it. She's in a lose-lose situation, with PND on top

All of this gets at me a certain way. I just saw a episode where the mother was gone for 11yrs since 11months. She was ordered to pay over $600 with her income of 84K. I make a little over that and I have to pay $1202 for a 18yo whom was facing criminal charges and moved back to his mother's. This system needs a lot of restructure. I tried to explain why my son was restraint from my home but all he wanted to talk about was money and time. We live on two opposite sides of the country and time would be expensive.

You can't give up parental rights like that without someone willing to adopt the child. The only time it really gets revoked is when the parent represents a danger to the child.

I'm glad to see a judge who is fair and doesn't automatically go towards the woman. My nephew hopefully will have a fair judge when he goes to court. He has custody of his 3 children and she is trying to lower her child support that she hasn't paid any on because she now has 2 small children. I know if it was him, they would say the older kids were here first, so hopefully they do the same with her.

She is probably telling the truth about being an exotic dancer probably in a town out in the boonies where there's a population of less than 300 like in Alaska or some Indian reservation.

Carey, remember big girls do make a lot of money in the strip club because the skinny girls just don't cut it no more. You get a nice average size big girl with some curves she can make close to $10,000 a night with some rich brothers in the club! Do you not agree with the mothers decision or the judges decision because I’m confused. Because as the mother she has complete control over her body the moment she found out she was pregnant and she decided to keep it she was at fault. If she wasn’t sure from the get-go that she wanted to child just based on the gender she should have had done the proper progress or procedure to terminate the pregnancy, so I’m confuse who’s decision do you not agree with the judge or the mother

Totally different, no matter my opinion on the subject. Women have access to the pill, morning after pill, abortion. She chose to have the child. All reproductive rights are at the womens disposal, all the choice is with the woman. Men have zero rights after the act of sex. She made every choice that put her at this point. Same can't be said for men.

He may have broken up with her afterwards, but unless he held a gun to her head or threatened to keep her in his basement, nobody was forced into anything. So he didn't hold anyone hostage here ok, get that shiz outta here. Second of all, I kind of sympathize with the mother on the point that she did not want to have the baby to begin with and now she doesn't want to be a mom. However, two things. 1. When the decision to have the baby is made, that's it. The commitment is set. There was another case with the grandma vs. Her daughter and I felt more sympathy towards the daughter mostly because yes, I would have imagined that grandma saying I'll take care of the baby while you're in school actually means ill take care of it while you're in school. Like thats situation was clear and total miscommunication. In this situation there was no miscommunication. Rather, it seems there was a decision made that under current laws, the dad in theory has no authority to even decide. So therefore, if she had the baby, she had the baby. If it's my body my choice, than that is what it is. That means she chose to have the baby. If abortion was illegal, than these questions would be far easier to settle because both parents are IMMEDIATELY responsible. Yes, the child would be an added complication, but the decisions and questions would be totally on the spot. 2. What kind of messed person doesn't want a child because it is a boy and not girl? Like bish the faq.

She said she didn't want the child initially but she eventually agreed and was ok with it. It was only when she learnt of the gender that she said she no longer wanted the kid. She bonded with this kid for 9 months and then decided that she didn't want it. Totally different to a guy who isn't present at all from pregnancy to birth.

She should have made a legal agreement to terminate her parental rights prior to the baby being born. Awful. Not to want your baby.

A scenario this happened to a close friend. He signed the birth certificate but it was later prove by DNA he wasn’t the father. Her current husband is, he was told he still has to pay child support.
