Majority of the time it's the man who is getting raw dogged. A woman can outright cheat, steal, brain wash kids to hate their dad, trick men by making them pay their lovers kid support and live off of the child support living with their lover they were cheating on their husband with or living rent free with their parents. Family courts laws are for women not men. Just a very small percent of men are lucky like he is that the women laws will apply for a man.

Debtors prisons are illegal). But women who are dead beats never are. That being said while in 50/50 custody there shouldn't be child support, many times men are paying child support even with 50/50. I'm a firm believer that if the parents live in the same area and both are able to support them financially, emotionally and able to get them to school everyday no one should pay CS. The parents should split the 12 months in a year, 6 months each where their children living under their roof. Both should cover health insurance costs individually cause having two health insurance plans covering a child is greatly beneficial trust me. Come tax time they claim the kids every other year.
