That's completely different. A man is ALWAYS on the hook when a woman is pregnant. He has NO say in whether or not the child is born or aborted. The Woman has exclusive rights to deciding IF the child is born.

Earl Mckelvy what about when a woman says she's infertile, due to a medical condition. Tells all her male friends she is infertile. Gets pregnant a month later and moves across the country never to be seen for several years. The mother goes on section 8 housing and receives public assistance. Then when the child reaches the age of 7 or so, she looks for the bioligical father and finally does a DNA test. And if it's positive, she wants retroactive child support money in the form of a settlement. Not sure how much was ordered to pay, but not sure why you wouldn't do a DNA when the child is born. Either way, a dirt bag thing to do

I do like watching this judge: but I do not always agree with her decisions.. I do think she is harder on women than men.. Some deserve it; but I've seen her drop a case because the mom pissed her off..

Someone needs to put together a compilation of Judge Vonda taking sips from her mug to stop herself from laughing. If she drinks when you're talking, you know you've messed up. 🤣

Man, I wish I had this judge and Texas law when I went through child support!! I live in Florida and was given $75 a week for 3 children. He died in 2010 when the children were past CS age but owed them over $60,000!! He had 2 other children who drew SS after he passed, but they also ended up in foster care because the mom walked away. I worked my butt off with the help of my family to raise my children, I now have 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren❤❤.

I wish I could have gotten child support for my 3 kids while there mother was out blowing and going. She never held a job after we divorced and lived with whatever man that would support her. So I did the best I could to raise them on my own. I wish I could have done more for them like taking vacations, just giving them some of the things they wanted. It took most of the money I made just to make house payments, car loans, food, clothing, insurance, and medical bills. Our vacations most of the time where going on camping trips, or going to a family members house, etc. We have a very close bond and they are all grown now and have kids of there own. They know now how hard it is to raise kids and they are married. They tell me all the time they don't know how I did it because they have a hard time making it with 2 incomes.

The actions of those two at the end, madd me laugh out loud. Nice program!!! Will definitely share with others to watch.

They should show this kind of thing in schools. For one, its scripted, so it doesn't have the same intensity and heartbreak as the actual cases. For two, it shows people who can't speak legalese or know what they're reading or doing when it comes to this. Watching stuff like this makes you have a good think about partner choice and when to have a kid.

You're right! The judges don't care *where* the child support money goes. Mostly because the judges lack the accounting skills necessary to even determine how the money is spent. The lowlife so-called parent knows this. So the money is used to pay for breast implants, Brazilian butt lifts, hair weaves, and luxury vehicles. The children don't see a penny of the excess money that's obtained *supposedly* for their care. Usually the parent paying child support is angry because they know the person getting the money is usually abusing the system and spending the money on themselves.
