Yes! These are real apartments with a very nice large balcony. Congratulations to the architect. Small or No Balcony,s are a absolutely "No Go" for me in a Tropical Ambiente.

What I notice is NO 1 EVER uses a murphy bed, they are THE THING TO DO HERE then take out the crazy walls around that silly looking bedroom. PS. MB have many many options book shelves, cabinets, lights, under bed storage & look so cool, will give you 20-40 more sq (ft)

A wall dont make it one bedroom threfore you not in line with market price ... This is still a studio ... however great balcony with great view

An lovely looking condo for a very good price with a great balcony . I didn't like the small enclosed bedroom but that could easily be changed. . It looks a very quiet and relaxing place to live and something you very rarely see in the pool areas in condos were umbrellas with the sun loungers 😊 .

Lovely balcony with great view over gardens and swimming pool. Good for a pensioner looking for quiet area and close to beach. Also good size swimming pool for do laps every day under the shadow. Beach a plus.

The restaurant just over the road was really nice as well. Stopped there for a bite to eat after we finished

Lovely apartment block and great balcony. I’d put it back to being a studio , you would easily make it 3 zones plus the balcony. Great cheap holiday home.

Very nice reminds me of the garden cliff resort in Wongamat Beach and the Plumeria Reosrt also in wongamat beach ! i realy like that the style is a little bit of Thai and a bit of Western fused together... The beach could use a little bit of a cleaning...

Yes. A little clean up would be good. Same with all the beach areas now. Never get why people leave behind their trash
I like it, but 49 odd gbp per month maintenance fees though, so 2,303 thb per month. Aside from that, being west facing it may get annoyingly hot in the afternoons, and the hood flu still having its blue film on, it's ok, but it needs a bit more TLC seeing the pictures on a property site. Nice unit in a nice location.

2162 THB/month Condo is exceptionally well maintained and run. If you want something fixed there's a full time maintenance man and helper, and there is no charge at all. Small or big jobs.
I do hope that's not where the table tennis table usually resides, would make life particularly challenging for at least one of the players. Re the unit itself fab balcony but like others I'd be inclined to convert it back to a large open plan studio. Pro tip - Instas' 360 is good if you have to make the videos flying solo in future - but don't do it, we'd miss the fun interaction you guys have!

I could NEVER give up my amazing cameraman, Best. And 360 would be too many close up's! We will stay as a team. Without him, the videos wouldn't be fun
Lol, I'm flattered to be mentioned. Honestly, its a decent unit and good value but its still a studio :) I like the size, location, and that there's not too many units. Added bonuses, large balcony and washing machine is in the bathroom. If this was my budget, I'd consider it.

Its good to have human aspect (like the almost fall in beach which you could have edited out lol) included, builds trust with clients and as you know, to get sales, trust is so important.

This is a cozy condo. You had me sold at soundproof so I wouldn't hear my neighbors. I'm with you on being short, too. I can't reach high cabinets without a step stool.The pool is lovely on top of a 3 minute walk to the beach ❤. I love the friendly banter between you and Best 😂. I recommend having a spare pair of shoes for beach walks because I would not like to see you fall 😢.

Very nicely designed and small scale condo building. The inside bedroom I personally do not like. 37 sqm meter is a nice size for a studio. Corner glass sliding walls & curtains would have been a better choice (if you understand my mental internal decoration exercise). What rental price would be achievable in that condo?

Long term rental would be around 12k a month. Short term around 15k a month

I think it would be fine. I noticed a few other units on the other side had mini BBQ's out on their balcony

We put the Google map link so that you can look into things yourself. I will try to make some content videos driving around different locations. The only reason we don't add it now is because it makes the videos too long and we don't want to take away from the condo and facilities on offer

I like this building. But not having an elevator is a big minus.

I think about 3 out of the 9 units have seperated bedrooms. They were designed like this off the plans and cost slightly more than the studios when built. 2 air con units etc. It wasn't a renovation after the build
Nice math - "47 sq m", but it's really 37 + 10 for the patio, so why claim it's 47 to start with. Size is always the LIVING area, not the living area plus the yard.............

I go by what is written on the title deed for any property. And at no point do I hide the fact. It's even stated on the thumbnail about the balcony space I stand by what I said as on this channel we don't b#lsh#t to get a sale

@mcm95403 Size is never only the indoor area of any condominum. It always includes any balcony, large or small. 47 is the total area of the unit, which is what is on the chanote and is what you pay maintenance fees according to. I think you are thinking of a house as you mention 'the yard'?

They came brand new like this when built. Came as an option and cost slightly more than the studios in the same building, as there are two air conditioners etc, but I'm sure it could be made into a studio very cheaply if one wanted to do that.
The best part of the unit was the balcony. The rest of the unit was looking somewhat decent until you reached to the disappointing bedroom. I do like the property and how well it has been maintained. If they had a 2 bed 2 bath unit available, I might add it to my list.
