Sadly not. Pet friendly condos are very far and few between. For myself, even the pet friendly ones have strict rules on the size and weight and dont allow pets to roam freely. They always have to be carried so I'd always suggest option for a villa if you really want to bring a pet

That gym as you mentioned is off the charts compared to even some of the nicer ones in town where you are paying monthly dues. Those are the things that active people like myself look for 1st and foremost......The rental price does seem a bit on the steep side but you do get a lot in return. Were you going to post the original vlog of the property? I would like to see what the asking price was in the original vlog....Thanks again and that gym is really TOP NOTCH....maybe one of the best you have featured....Thanks

Only really Millennium stands out for the gym. Even the new builds have very basic gyms! I have other small rooms here starting for as little as 15k a month for 30sqm but all new decorations and furniture for 1 year contract but can also do short term for 6 months or 3 months but the price will be higher

Yes, they do. 30sqm 15,000 baht a month if for a year. Short term is possible but rental is higher

I absolutely love this condo, the view, and the facilities! Especially the gym. This property by far has the best gym I've seen so far at a condo. The price is not so much. Is the price negotiable? Thank you for the demo in the gym and the steam room.

Haha! The demo in the steam room and gym was never meant to go online! I will slaughter him tomorrow Actually, the price before was 50k per month but already reduced to 45k. I think best, I might be able to push him down to is 44k but only for a 1 year contract. Other basic rooms of the same size are already on the market for the same price as this better one If you are ok with more basic rooms, I could get a basic furnished room of the same size for 42k a month

I've lived Asia for almost 15 years. I've dealt with so many things in that time. So, a few comments from some grumpy people are nothing. These days, people find it so easy to say something negative online, but I just laugh....and from time to time, I'll mention it in videos just for fun

Fantastic condo and building but that’s a steep rental price. 35-40k I can definitely see. 50k is just out to lunch.

@@123LIVINGINTHAILAND general question: from my experience renting units in Thailand the agents list price for the rent is to my understanding the owners monthly rental price and the amount the agent is paid is negotiated with the owner if they find a renter (usually 50% or 100% of 1 months rent. Listing units for sale though, that isn’t usually the case? The owner would say a price but the agent can list it for whatever they want? Or does the owner authorize them to charge a different price/charge commission in the same price? Seems like an odd gray area

In Pattaya, everything lies with the agent. As long as the owner gets what they want, they don't mind what the agent charges More often then not agents may increase the rental price or the sales price to boost commission Sadly I cannot go into details here as I know many Pattaya agents watch this channel closely and they will shoot me if I say anymore But commission rates are always negotiable on both the rental and on the purchase of a property I always suggest working closely with an agent you can trust and allow them to get you the best deal. A decent agency will lower the price for you, even if it means taking a cut out of their own commission in return for getting the sale

Actually we did advise. Just before we put it on, he reduced it to 45k. The standard rooms here of the same size rent out for 44k on a yearly contract
