Perfect for owner occupier or holiday home. The price looks quite competitive compared to others on market, and has everything going for it. That being said I can't get used to the property prices in Pattaya, but if you are going to do it, then this is an excellent option and location. This apartment really does have the most all around appeal for me that I've seen in Pattaya so far. Also excellently presented by yourself as usual!

Thank you. It was one of my favorites in this area for sure And for me, sometimes I also don't get the way owners price their units, but for the quality, size, and location, this ticked many boxes for me
One suggestion - maybe you could also mention the available parking as this is often lacking in Thai condos. There is always plenty of room for motorbikes but not always for cars.

Every condo we film comes with parking spaces available Sorry, I forget to mention it, but I normally only record for condos when parking is available for cars

That's not true. In fact, we have very few followers looking for rental. If that was the case, our rent style videos would be getting much higher views that the units for sale Some weeks, we showcase cheaper properties, other weeks, more expensive units, and from time to time rental units. After all we only need one person to say yes to wanting the property so we like to show an array of options

@@davidkidd3863sort of a weird flex considering you have zero followers. There are lots of people who appreciate seeing what’s available for sale. If you buy, even if the unit doesn’t appreciate by the time you sell, you’ve effectively lived rent free. Renting is paying someone else’s mortgage after all.

Beautiful. Almost perfect. Jets in the tub would have pushed it over the top. This unit makes it 3 renos in Pattaya and 1 new build in Bangkok I'm considering. I still haven't made a final decision on which city I want to relocate to. But to continue, that's called a headboard. Also, what's with the new build sinking fund? You described the unit as "fully renovated" and the property and facilities as "well maintained" which implied they had been used. If not, what was the need for renovations if the property has never been lived in or bought before? I noticed the tiling and striping in the car park was worn and faded which shouldn't be the case for a newly built condo. Don't tell me this was one of those properties that was abandoned mid-build, and after sitting vacant for a while, another developer took over and completed the project.

I am also confused about the sinking fund as for the age of the building this cannot be a room never occupied before. Even if it was, a sinking fund is normally only for new builds on the market for the first time I have reached out to the juristic office already to clarify and I'm waiting to hear back Though, if a buyer was interested, I would work my magic to get any sinking fund and management fees waivered for the first year It definitely wasn't abandoned and has had full time residents living here for a number of years

On a personal note, I moved away from Bangkok as it was just too busy, hectic and extremely hot with no where to go to escape the heat For me, I'm happier in Pattaya and I spend the odd weekend in Bangkok and just rent a cheap room to use whilst I'm there
I would be willing to rent this place. I'm more inclined to pool villas, but this place has a great view and nice space for my family.

I think it comes down to the fact it’s only promoted by the juristic office directly That and the sinking fund for a second hand condo do not help things Also those looking for three bedrooms tend to focus on villas rather than condos unfortunately Though this is a particularly nice unit so that’s why we wanted to promote it
For the same money you could get a 'lovely' 2 up 2 down mid terrace in rainy Dublin and a lovely view of other similar 'lovely' properties and for entertainment you could stay up late and listen to people staggering home from the pub. It's all about perspective. Edit: the big yokie at the top end of the bed is called the headboard.
