Obviously, I don't know my way around Pattaya to know the location, but in terms of just the unit for the price, this seems like an excellent deal. Very well put together for a very reasonable price.

Huai Yai is a great location: quiet, fresh air and still close to Central Pattaya. For the location and price it's incredible value, which is why there's only 2 left. Are you planning on visiting us anytime soon? Happy to show you around 😀

@@TheFinestRealEstate We’ll see. Still trying to decide for this summer what we’ll do. Last summer we went to Asia but did not make it to Thailand. Wanted to, but amazing how fast 8 weeks goes by and limits how many places one can get to. 380,000 gets you very little where we live in Las Vegas. Also, the cost of things like healthcare etc. Just hard to actually leave friends and family and where you’re comfortable

The apartment units are very nice, but the only complaint I have with the developer is that you don't always have private apartments. The units are stuck very close to each other, and this would discourage me from buying. I like privacy and not someone looking into my property from next door

I love this home but keeping those 9M windows clean will be a BTCH. My only other complaints are no oven in the kitchen and the single sink in the master bath.

Your presentation of this villa is really very good , but I cannot understand 9m high the room and such a small pool !! What I do with my best friend , if he wants to swim in the pool , because he is an.....elephant...555 !!!

@@TheFinestRealEstate Hua Hin is super calm and slow paced I love it there, Duplex condos are great in Bangkok isn't it. I agree people are hospitable but when it comes to real estate there are too many crooks! I personally know people getting cheated and going to the court for more than 10 years 😨 All my properties are only available pre booking after COVID :) and it's not so posh like the ones you showcase, I'm a simple man and so are my condos :)

The house itself looks pretty good, but guys, the interior is so old fashioned ! Have a look to Bali interiors.

Beautiful house, but feels hemmed in by other houses. Views of walls makes it too much like a posh prison

Hey Chef! Not directly in your name unfortunately but here’s how it’s done with us: 1. Our lawyers set up a company with you holding 49% shares - BUT 100% voting rights in the company 2. 4 Thai lawyers from the same firm are placed on the company at at 51% (each have 12.75%) - they will have 0% voting rights in the company! Completely legal, but that’s the loophole on how expats are buying land through a Thai company! 👨🏻‍🍳

Where's the public transport and public infrastructure and safe walking pathways,bins, Parks, malls, shops, public bus and public amenities. Offering western prices to live in the dust and hard access! Not buying it. 110k no more! That's even pushing it for non land ownership n 55% law firm owned! Hehe5555 Hello flooding streets and etc! Terrible public drain system amd civil engineering public structure. Hmmmmm

Even if you would want to spent all the money available, you could not get anything like this in USA when it comes to design and quality. But hey, "It is not hygienic to have the washing machine in the kitchen.....like half the world". I guess that half of the world has just no idea;-)
